We need funds to support tenanted that experience job lost and can’t find a job or unemployment is pending .. they take our taxes when we make to much but fail to provide assistance when those individual can’t afford their expenses due to job loss and taxes being taking from every check . With small return at the end of the year

THANK YOU for helping us today with this video. You clarified to me a once very confusing process.

Thanks for the video. Do you need a Summons and Complaint for every person in the home or just who is on the lease? I have a tenant that is subletting to 2 other people. Can 1 form work with all names or add “et al “after the Original Tenant’s name?

I live in polk, i just turned 23 on december 24th, uh i got a 2 1/2 eviction after only a 3 months notice. Its tough, they had no sympathy, two days after the 20th i crashed the car i was living in. Im homeless as of my 23rd birthday and waiting to give up or have hope for my car. Its next too impossibke, it is unbearable often. Florida is the toughest rn. I hope anyone that may read this can have better tenant luck than i did, insallah we will all prevail.🤞🏽

Landlords are becoming stricter due to lack of justice in court systems. Thank other renters for taking advantage and occupying homes they can't afford. When you can not afford a Ferrari, the tow truck will be by to tow it away. No different in renting.

@@Rj-nh1df my situation was a little different to be honest. Thank you for your input though i skimmed first thinking u were bout to light my ass up, but with that perspective, i do understand what you mean. Just in a broader sense of it. Not my situation. I paid my bills and rent without an issue. It was really a 2 1/2 month notice AS WELL AS needing to find an apartment nearby UNDER 1300$ a month , and mandatory on paper you must make 3 or 3.5x the monthly rent (1100-1300$ 1br 1ba typical florida #s) . It was actually impossible for me. My amazon delivery job on papers, was not enough for me to even get past the applications with these apartments. I had nobody that would cosign. If i was 42 with kids and a career , cook me say what u want, im 22. I just needed a cosign but nobody would, not even my gf at the time would. I have no credit scares and i owe nothing to the government, had my charger paid off, no debts or loans nothing. But that weird shit prevented me from being able to get a home until it was too late . And every place had over 2 month waiting lists, that required well over 1000$ deposits. Its getting harder n harder. no more buying a house and land for 20 pennies and 3 cows, then bragging to your grandkids ab it. I hate to decredit anyone at all, but facts are facts its only getting harder and harder. If anyone reads all this, ty for it, i hope u all the best in these times, there was a lot of past tense statements up there for a very saddening reason. Be your best and do your best. 🖤

Wtf why does the landlord have to pay all the fees to get some tenant out of his property. The non compliant tenant should be liable and responsible for all court fees and any other fees the landlord would have to pay to get the tenant out.

These fees are nothing. About 10 years ago I paid an attorney almost $1600 to evict a tenant that didn't pay rent one month into his lease. I changed my process of picking tenants and haven't had any major issues with my tenants... until now, (and my gut told me to back out or do a 6 month lease after so red flags after me qualified). Now all the fees for that same attorney to evict has doubled. So I'm here to see if I can do this eviction myself.

My landlord has on the lease no cats in the apartment. But yet the apartment is infested with rodents and roaches. The lease States that the landlord is not responsible in fumigating and getting rid of these pest. So we're not allowed to have a cat to help with the infestation of rodents but we are obligated to deal with roaches, rats, and any outdoor critters that's invading the home. 🤷‍♂️ And if we complain we get evicted where the justice.

@@gfysyoutube can't afford to move. But the problem has been solved. Not only do I get to stay at my apartment but I also get to keep the cat at no cost, with the condition that I don't call the department of housing inspectors 😂🖕 I got my Justice and I love my new kitty cat 😺🖕

Good for you. It's in the best interests of the landlord to let you keep the cat. It cost landlords a lot of money to evict. Usually it's easier if tenant is behind on rent. But if you hold back rent because the landlord's negligent in repairs or infestation, eviction could be a 50/50 chance. Absolutely you'll need to have evidence on why you're holding their rent payments, and calling City inspectors and getting a report of violation codes does give tenants a upper hand.

@@dannyboy6723 Thank You 🙋 fortunately for me I do pay my rent in full and on time. I also know that if I hold back rent it has to be in an escrow account which could also be used as evidence. I also know that after calling City inspectors on the landlord and if the landlord decides to evict me for calling them, in court that is consider retaliation and the landlord can not evict me within 6 months and still be obligated to do repairs or fumigation. But I won't go that far all I wanted is to keep the cat 😺 👍
