Katie, your enthusiasm for your hobby is wonderful. I love adding supplies, kits, etc to my cross stitching, my knitting and my crochet. It brings me joy as well. The 3 Sakura stitches are going to be amazing!
I loved seeing everything that you bought. Sometimes I go crazy and buy a lot, too. But it's our hobby and passion. I can't wait until next time and see what you have been working on. Have a great week.
Hi Katie, love your videos. Thank you so much for posting. You have inspired me to pick up my UFOs again and finish them because you are such a finisher! I really love all your creative ideas on how to enhance a project and you have inspired me to be more creative as well. I share your love and obsession with cross stitch. Looking forward to your future videos! ❤
I enjoyed so much this video. I also collect kits and mirabilia. My friends always ask me when I'm going to find the time to stitch all of them. I stitch a lot but also enjoy to look at my stuff. Enjoy your purchases!😊
If I stop shopping and just stitch what I have I’m good for next 8 years 😂 (≈ 20 projects per year) but collecting and stitching it’s 2 different hobby that goes very well together 😀
I Have one Victoria Treasures. Mine, among other decorations, has a drum, a Victorian-style umbrella to protect itself from the sun. Etc I didn't know what a treasure. I live in Spain, and I bought that graphic in a store a long time ago.❤
Katie! I knew this video was not going to disappoint! What amazing charts and supplies you were able to find! Brave of you to do another “no buy” challenge, especially after this one but I love how you and your friend added some exceptions. I need to learn your eBay ways! I’m pretty good at finding deals on Facebook destash groups but haven’t dived into the eBay world….yet!
Thank you! It’s been a week and I think it was a crazy decision but I did it once I can do again 😀 eBay can be dangerous for your bank account but an amazing find for your stash collection :)
Hi Katie! I’ve been really enjoying your videos and have neglected to comment and tell you so! You definitely enabled me to go buy some things on this one. Ha! I had to shudder when I heard that Wyoming wind in the background. LOL My husband and I lived in Cheyenne for 7 years and we loved it there except for that horrible wind!!!
Great video Katie! Always look forward to watching your channel. I did a “no buy”, except floss, fabric or finishing supplies this year. I have ended up purchasing a few patterns for special projects recently, but otherwise I keep a handwritten wish list and online wishlist at my favorite Stitchery websites. It’s working out quite nicely for me. Good luck with your next “no buy” adventure. 😊 Happy Stitching Jacque 🐑
Oh wow I don’t think I can hold a year, but i definitely learning to control my impulsive buying with no buy challenges! Me and my stitchy friends with whom I do challenge already thinking about next year lol but so far the best idea that realistic that we come up with it’s 2 finishes = 1 purchase of kit or kit a pattern
I watched the whole thing. It takes me even longer to watch because I see things i love and I stop the video to search eBay or other places. I love the Serendipity Angels! And the Mill Hill! And the Riolis! 😂😂❤❤
Your cross stitch patterns are beautiful and unique. I loved watching you talk about every one of them. Great video! I also ordered one of the Mill Hill frames you suggested in one of your previous videos. It sure will be helpful. I also plan to try some of the invisible floss for the beads. It will probably make beading go faster since I don't have to change the floss color.
You going to love magnetic hoop, such a game changer! I think I’m going to switch to invisible floss on my mill hill kits, it definitely will make process faster :)
I haven’t start any yet, but I think about mermaids every day 😀 especially because I want to try smth completely new with them 🙈 I know I’ll start them this year, but I don’t know when 😀
Oh my gosh when you pulled out the Victorian ornaments stitched on perforated paper! I had at least 5 or 6 of those leaflets and I donated them a couple of months ago to a local thrift store! I did stitch so many of them though...If I come across any, I will be sure to let you know! Love your flosstubes! I subscribed to that Cross Stitch magazine for almost 20 years and I donated them too...Should have held onto all of them, at the time I had no idea how popular cross stitch would become again!
Those Victorian ornament leaflets are so hard to find! Only couple are popular and easy to find for ok price the rest it’s like looking for unicorn 😀 I’m sure people who will find your donations will enjoy it a lot ☺️
Great video. Buying kits I always look at as an investment for my hobby. I have told my children when I gone and go through my stash that wasnot completed...sell them .

Thanks ☺️ love growing my stash, can’t help it 🙈

I’m so happy you pick up your ufos! And thank you for your lovely comment, it motivates me to continue on filming and posting flosstube ☺️

I love your excitement and ideas!! So fun to watch! I am right there with you in the cross stitch obsessed. 💛💛 Happy stitching✨✨
Yay! Thank you ☺️✨
The cross stitch and country front cover has a very interesting “Art Noveau” or Arts and Crafts Era alphabet! I might try to find it.
Lately I’ve been so into alphabets! I like the idea of it it’s like a pattern that you can stitch over and over again for different reasons

And my town usually gets less wind than everything around but it’s still a lot lol 😀

Yes, me too!
Haha sorry not sorry 😂 I’m the same way I watch other Flosstubera hauls usually in first minutes I’m already searching for things 😂
You know Katie went shopping crazy when the video is nearly an hour and a half 😂❤
Ha ha 😆 I cut like 20 minutes out of me talking lol I had no idea it’s going to be this long 😂
@@RedsStitchery don't worry, long videos are the best 😆

You go girl. If you ever want to zoom, I’ll show you my kit collection. Then you won’t worry about how much you buy😅.
Hahah makes me feel more comfortable with my collection, thank you 😀
Hello, it's great that you share your joy of shopping. I really like watching such videos, I feel like I was shopping myself 😁😀😁
Yes, same 😂 part 2 coming soon ☺️
Your videos make me happy ❤ can you tell me what the clear beading thread is please ?
YLI invisible thread :)
I went shopping crazy this month too 😬 I need to live to 1000 to finish my stash.
Omg yes or extra pair of hands and 48 hours in a day 😂
Just saw a bunch of the Victorian Christmas charts listed in the FB group cross stitch stash unload.
Omg I need to find
You have beautiful taste Katie!! ❤❤ everything is amazing 🤩
Thank you 😊
Great video. Buying kits I always look at as an investment for my hobby. I have told my children when I gone and go through my stash that wasnot completed...sell them .
I tell everyone that my stash is investment 😂 u always can sell it and almost all kit/ pattern only grows in price with time 😀😀
Love your floss tube!😊
Thank you ✨☺️
For the word bugle… the first syllable is pronounced “bew” just like mew or few and the second syllable is gul like the word gull. Hope that helps! 😊
Thank you 😊
Check out Chantelle’s 141 Design for wood finishing pieces. Also, it’s pronounced b-you-gle for the bugle beads. 😉 it’s a long u sound.
OMG! Thank you for recommending Chantelle’s design! I already have my cart full 😂
💖💖💖
