Most family court lawyers don't understand this and how it applies to the circus that is called familly courts. So many families are destroyed every year because the State family courts violate substantive due process with regards to a fundamental liberty which is the right to custody care and control of your children. This liberty interest is should be closely protected, and thus the courts MUST apply STRICT SCRUTINY, yet what we see everyday in family courts are judges issuing out restraining orders and taking away children from one of the parents on mere preponderance of evidence standard, not clear and convincing standard of examination which is required by STRICT SCRUTINY. This is why so many parents go bankrupt or worse commit suicide because the family court 'judges'.

The 5th ammendment applies to all courts. The constitution is the supreme law of the land whether Federal or local.

Around 01:33 you mention the liberties (rights) afforded by Constitution or statute but what about when the STATUTE ITSELF is depriving one of a constitutional liberty... Ergo right to travel versus "requirement" to get a driver's license or somesuch sorry for the terrible example there I'm doing this off the top of my head and nothing better is coming to mind

Family Court Red Flag Laws don't care about due process, they say "Fuck your Rights"

None of the process you describe exists on any consistent basis. The defacto ownership of our( we American citizens are its rightful owners) courts by the ABA puts all procedural matters in their unclean hands.
Our inalienable rights can hardly be that when we must rent them now can they? The ex governor of R.I. was charged $1.3 million for the state constitutionally guaranteed right to Discovery. One of his lawyers let it slip,"At these prices who can afford justice?"
Persona non grata to the Public Defender's office as soon as I stood on my right to be confronted by my accusers(the A.G. and a Superior Court judge) I was forced to represent myself.
Naturally I couldn't pay for Discovery. Evidence was entered and witnesses brought against me. In pretrial matters The judge refused my request to inform the jury of the maxims of equity and warned me:"If I don't like your behavior Mr. Hickey I will appoint counsel. Is that clear?" I thought she meant the standby counsel who'd aided the arraignment judge in his after hours session( no he didn't intimidate me into pleading out)I.n fact she herself took over after the designated prosecutor had presented her case This Presiding Prosecutor put me on the stand! You can piece most of the rest together but one last thing.
If any of what we're subjected to is Due Process why would it ever be "necessary" to falsify the transcripts in felony cases? Take your time in answering and know you don't have plausible deniability.

My ex attorney advised the constitution is irrelevant in civil law when I mentioned that my constitutional rights were being violated. Can this be put into a Florida bar formal complaint ? She has many other violations as well.

My minor daughter is being stolen from via medical kidnapping, Guardianship fraud , attorneys, and now state advocates being appointed . They have destroyed over thirteen years of rehabilitation that I put into her myself. They have designed themselves as judge and have been holding my daughter hostage for over four years now and no one will help me. I have documentation for a Rico case. There are laws and case laws but sadly what I’ve experienced and my disabled daughter is terrorism . This disabled child napping is happening in central Florida.

Were all born with Our Natural God Giving Rights:
What the Constitution is is the"Contract" to Our Natural Born Rights.
It States the various Rights we have and What the Gov't/states Do Not Have.
And whatever other Rights that are not Stated in the"Constitution" is also Still Implemented "Rights" just because they are not Stated dosen't mean they are not.
Your Giving them"Consent" everytime you respond to their mail,Sign their papers, walk in their buildings/Rent a Rooms. Their not judicial and have no rights on "We The Ppl". Don't Consent/Rescind anything they had you Sign. Under duress/tricked/Coerced into signing.
Family Fake Court has broken every law for years to get that Money coming in.
There's alot more to it but just gonna say Ask them Questions.
Show me where i signed a contract that i took out a "Cash" loan with you for me to owe a debt that i never did sign.
Show me my signature to where i gave you"Consent" to push a case thru without my knowing/Signature.
Ask them for the Case files.
Their Independent Creditors getting funded with the state from the Gov't pushing this "Extortion Ring". Their private Executive branch=Business=Corporation. Debt isn't a felony let alone criminal and cannot jail you for owing money. Title-ivd is Unconstitutional and never was enacted into law vy the "Supreme Court" and Court of Appeals also many cases stating Child support is Unconstitutional.
Search up folks and take hold of your life and stop them being the"Ring Leader". You have the Power.
