Kenny is rapidly becoming one of my favorite pianists. He and Marc Copeland seem to be picking up where Bill Evans left off. If that sounds like high praise, it's well deserved.
Yes i entirely agree, Kenny Werner, like the great Marc Copland, is one of the most interesting followers of the incredible bill Evans.
Stunning version of one of the greatest ballads ever written. I've Kenny live a few times & he's an incredible piano player.
