see the thing about juno she is just VASTLY better lucio as she doesnt need to sacrifice her utility for healing and Vis versa thats what makes juno so good all that FREE value with no downside. With ults just jesus poor lucio that ult is just so much less value than the damage boost and healing given by junos. they need to change lucios ult to not degrade so quickly and give you a speed boost well its on to bring it to junos lvl.
