Normally it says that you can buy more of the "fragments" to finish photos in these type of events. There might be chance that this is a f2p event :D lol.

I’m sure there are some (very) lucky F2P players that have unlocked a castle skin in the past 12 months, but these are mostly p2P indeed 😉
