Thank you Gary.. this is exactly what I needed to hear. The Father is amazing.. !!! I am not a corporation, military personnel or public employee.. I am not in need of civil rights under the 14th, as my rights are above ... unalienable, inherent natural secured rights, by the form of government , constitutions.

The purported 14th Amendment to the United States Constitution Is and should be held to be Ineffective. Invalid. null. void and unconstitutional for the following reasons: 1. The Joint Resolution proposing said Amendment was not submitted to or adopted by a Constitutional Congress. Article I. Section 3. and Article V of the U.S. Constitution. 2. The JOint Resolution was not submitted to the President for his approval. Article I. Section 7. 3. The proposed 14th Amendment was rejected by more than one-fourth of all the States then in the Union, and it was never ratified by three-fourths of all the States In the Union. Article V. I. I heard blacks several times. Can someone who is not black be a US citizen?
Why is Citizen always capitalized before the 14th Amendment and never capitalized (unless first word of a sentence) after it?

Read The slaughterhouse Cases where white butchers on Louisiana land attempted to use the newly passed 14th amendment. The ruling was " you can't use the due process clause of the 14th because you are not black" This is a gross simplification. The 14th was written to give the newly freed black slaves a citizenship status. Everyone else was considered a State citizen. Anyone can volunteer to be a federal United States citizen. When you are asked "Are you a United State cittzen and you reply Yes you just volunteered to be subject to the laws governing Washington D.C. which is not part of the united States of America and is a foreign jurisdiction to the united States of America.

Someone in the group is writing a mandamus now to find out just this! For sure though, the justice system is adversely affected to us using the 14th or any of the civil rights.

Do you think that American Jurisprudence is the be all, end all definition of law? I've come to that assessment but is there any authoritative record of that?
