I am in real wonder when all electronics devices are getting into compact and user-friendly devices using new chipsets in todays market but we are casting our votes through old technology devices adding see the size of VVPAT equipment.
Another worst thing is there is unique Barcode, time on the slips you see that comes out of VVPAT.
Adding to it there is AUTOMATED CUT OFF. The machine has to get switch off automatically after 6pm and it can only work when proper authorised authorities unlock the system again.
One needs to introduce system like finger print which will validate the voter id with voter finger print and there should be eye scan these things will definitely help INDIAN democracy voting system from rigging or forgery especially in palces where policemen feel they cant do their duty.
Just out of curiosity, what is wrong with the bar code in the output of VVPAT?

This hasn’t been made well. People are searching for videos which can explain how the voting devices work so when they go to vote there is familiarity. Reduce the frequent camera angle edits and show the EVM & VVPAT devices how they will be placed in voting booths. Then explain what device is pressed and where the image appears on the VVPAT. Show it slowly initially and then later talk about the history of device etc

How can we vote if we need to cast vote in evm at a time for mla and mp. Do we need to cast vote in separate evms for mp and mla or do we need to cast our votes in a single evm? Asking as in our state, both elections are at a time.
Every political party selects their MP and MLA. So you have to check if the politician you like is in which political party. You don’t have to vote two times once you select the party that’s it.

Zamiruddin shah, jayant ravi. M.l. nalvaya, Rubauddin, d.g. vanzara, yaadram, y.c. modi, s.g. kokani, sanjay bhat, maya kodnani, babu bajrangi, praveen togadia, surendra jain, ehsan jafri, Zakia jafri, bilkis bano and many more. (Some 3000 people died in disturbances in Gujarat) It is not known whether similar experiment was envisaged by bjp and Rss in Delhi. Of course in no other indian states, it was seen.
