Renovating Tamlin's Spring Court - SIMS 4 - ACOTAR BUILD - CC FREE

So, I made Tamlin (High Lord of the Spring Court from the ACOTAR book series) a townhouse in the SIMS 4 in 2023. I just recently re-downloaded it into my game and man it really needs a makeover! (Just to mention, the build is entirely made up and not based on the book's descriptions.)
Since the townhouse is so large (more of a mansion really) I decided to split the video into 2 parts. (This video is part 1.)
Once the build is finished, it will be up on the SIMS 4 gallery for everyone to download. (Warning: I do use a lot of packs in it, but there is no CC!) You can also find the original build from 2023 the gallery if that one is more to your taste.
