Hi Jim, The course planner is in the setup section and I added it to my homepage on my Montana. That way you can switch courses to routes and tracks on the Montana and skip Garmin Explore for that part.
Hi, your videos are really helpful. I have a question do you see any benefits of using Garmin explorer to create route or track instead of doing it directly on updated Montana unit? Seems like extra step to take. Of course I 'm talking about Montana unit with all recent maps uploaded and available. Thanks

Thank you! I couldn’t find it and thought something was wrong despite the recent firmware supporting courses but always had the workaround

I have a garmin forerunner 35 and my last 5 runs have not synced but it still shows up on my watch and I am connected to Bluetooth: FWI IPhone user

You can. Explore is on the device itself so you’ll see everything in a collection when you sync. You can also use the tread app
