Personally I abhorred season 1, I never had such a bad time since Shadowlands and cancelled my sub. These changes don't make me want to come back to be hones since I can see the eternal queues from season 1 still on season 2, still good luck for the ones that will still play. I hope season 3 will be extremely fun like it was on Dragonflight after M+ got fixed.
With delves they really need to think about their vision. Right now, the terms solo content, casual content, and easy content could all be ascribed to it. Personally, I like that higher tier delves give better rewards and I think there is even more room to make them more challenging and more rewarding. Remember, you can use potions, buff food, profession stuff, tinker items, just like in mage tower.
I liked delves, used them to farm Champ gear and runed crests. Made walking into mythic + a fair bit easier as someone who hasnt ventured into mythic + before this expansion or raided seriously since WOTLK(all due to working afternoon shift for 15 years, I work mornings now and get to finally enjoy group content again) But back to my point, I haven't seen a reason to do anything above an 8 delve for the bountifuls and would love to see higher tier delves mean something.

Won't happen. M+ is for serious players. But io /rating is not a legit factor to go by since people can just buy carries If you are puggin it is just a spin the wheel on will you get a good player, great player, bad player, or absolute terribad.

I do very well in 8-10 keys and don't care to do 11+ keys. I'm happy being around 2500 rating and I get invited to m+ all the time.. Granted I also have a group that we can just spam them and only need to pug a dps or two most days. We're casual though. My main is 632 2509 with my alt pushing 620 2100, so we are pretty casual players but I would say mythic + only gets bad when pushing those 10+keys. You can farm 8s and get fully upgraded hero gear and easily run your own 10s at that point too. Just takes some work.
I like the deplete change but they can go further, they should make it so if you time every key at a certain level you don’t deplete below that level. Complete all 8s? Now you can’t deplete below an 8!
If you can make it to 12s you should be safe to do 12s and not have to drop below them period no rating required. Even if you bought the runs to get a 12 key but aint good enough to push it or complete it, then you aint getting the gear from it to even better yourself, so you would have to end up dropping it or running others low keys anyway. I dont see anything wrong with letting people who get out of elo hell to stay in elo hell if they can do a 12 to stay at that level.
12's will be much easier to get in season 2. Instead of the additional 10% added with guile, making a 12 20% harder than an 11 (guile plus key scaling) a 12 will only be 12% harder than an 11. In fact, all keys up to a 17 will be "easier" than they were in season 1. Also, key depletion doesn't explicitly equal toxicity, although it does suck. What this rating change does do is incentivize players to push further than they did in season 1, certainly something I'm going to do now. I went from 3k last season, to just doing 10's for vault this season. This change seems nothing but good to me.

If the difficulty curve from 11 - 17 has been reduced, then I would assume majority of players stuck on 12s will now be stuck around 15-16 range. Having the key deplete down to a 13-14 changes nothing. It's the equivalent of your 12 key in season 1 depleting to an 11 and having to blast another 11 for your 12 key to deplete again after 10 mins in the dungeon. The same problem we see in season 1 will occur. What blizz should do is make all keys above and beyond 12 non deplete-able unless you manually drop it from the panda. This would create a much better environment for key pushers, allowing players to attempt the same dungeon multiple times and learning together with the same group. Depleting a key at 15 will result in players leaving after 10 minutes in the dungeon and the vicious cycle repeats again.
what a massive disappointment with this raiting thing you need to have for M+ really changes 0% for the people who is smashing there face to the wall on toxic players. remove the need of raiting for the depletion "buff" and lets try get a more healthy M+ community back.
Blizz just needs to take delves, M+, PvP and Raids. Make them the best they can. And players need to figure out what content they really enjoy and focus on it. Let's be honest. Not many people can solo 11 delves and they are forced to reroll to a class wich can or group up with possible toxic randoms - the reason wich they do not do m+ in the first place lol
So I'm expected to get 2850 score and currently I'm not even able to clear +10s in time, who is this for again? Relatively small % of people who are actually clearing those +12s and beyond? So basically no changes and the small amount of people "will be able to suffer less". I was expecting something much better after this catastrophic m+ season in which the community is shredding itself into pieces
If you cant clear 10s by now with the heavy nerfs to m+ and being able to easily attain well over 630 item level then this doesn’t apply to you cause you will be hitting the same wall next season. Just the facts fella!

The 2850 rating thing is a good change. Means less m+ carries and bad players. Now the baddies will have to pay for their m+ carries with that in mind too or most the better players doing m+ wont even invite them to group without key depletion protection. Means we can sell m+ carries for more, yay! Depleting keys is healthy part of player progression, anyone who thinks otherwise is just bad at the game. Mythic raiders certainly don’t quit like m+ players do when the content is too hard. Nope they continue to push and kill bosses. Only the weak minded sit around crying over m+ most of us welcome a good challenge.
Once again they honor and support the smallest percentage of the player base.

i am 2849 atm with one 13 and like 3 plus 12. this also includes timing 11s with a +2 for that extra little bit.
The 2850 deplete achievement is account-wide. I presume this is an also a nice QoL buff for alts.

Dragoflight m+ was very fun and and challenging in a good way damn I miss it especially DF season 3
2850 is too much, I'd probably feel I'm done with the season at that point (if it was this season)
how bout add a item that u can buy with tokens from the vault that can prevent a key depletion

Lots of ppl get that rating. 5 to 7 percent. Probably more now there is an incentive to do anything above 10
