Every time I listen to this song, I hear something new. It's one of the most beautiful, poignant songs I've ever heard. I remember when this happened :( The lengths someone will go to, in search of a better life here...

I've only just found out about will Varley and absolutely love him! So much depth to all the lyrics, then you read the comments and you find a link to a news article and find a whole other layer.
The thought that went into making this video too. Genius absolute genius.
Went to see him live and he explains this song is about a story in the news a while back in which a young man fell from the bottom of a plane as it came to land on Heathrow airport, it was believed he was looking for a safer country, it was supposedly his birthday and all he had was a pound coin in his pocket
