@golztv the average age of MLS rosters is 26 years old. The average age of Seattle's core is 31. When Seattle was at their peak, they were young and dangerous. Management decided to extend Frei, Roldan, and Morris instead of selling high and rebuilding after they missed the playoffs in 2022. Had they gone that route, they would've been putting the finishing touches on a rebuild. Instead, they'll probably re-sign Rusnak and Ruidiaz this off-season. Craig Waibel is probably the worst GM in MLS
@@StatesideFooty27 Age isn't the sole defining characteristic of success, but I see what you're getting at. A full rebuild is needed, but there's still a decent enough product on the field that the team doesn't have to overhaul everything at once. But if Ruidiaz gets resigned, I lose all faith. Legend for the club but he honestly needed to be gone after last season. Can't be relied upon to be available when the team needs him. And Rusnak just needs to be off his DP contract. Decent player with more left in the tank, just shouldn't be a DP.
@@golztv 100%.. I wouldn't wouldn't mind having Rusnak back on a TAM deal, but would he agree to it? Personally, I the Seattle could put that DP spot to better use. Ultimately, Seattle's attack is toothless and predictable. They're getting zero production from the right side. Neither Roldan or Rothrock are lighting the world on fire,but a legit DP #9 would allow Morris to play on the right or left, and now you can give opponents a different look. They also could use a new CB next to Yeimar as well as a new RB and LB. But I'd be okay with new DP's at the #9 and #10.

Bro hopefully your team takes advantage of beating the LA Galaxy unlike some other teams. Especially with a very doable calendar. Nothing set in stone but very positive outlook at least to end the season strong.
