Sir, For first Process there will be no context switching, so how come there would be any overhead in the beginning? Please Explain.

when the processes comes in ready queue scheduler select the one process and call the dispatcher to allot the CPU to that process which is selected by scheduler and due to this there is some delay in this process, so that is why we use the overhead or dispatcher delay at the begining because at first the scheduler call dispatcher and dispatcher allot CPU so due to this process we use it at first
