I like how Mario and most of the enemies are hd but the rest of the game look like they're stuck in the DS era
I believe this was done because some of the original textures on the ds looked dreadful especially the boos
I like it, it's like playing NMSB roms for wii or 3ds without actually lagging which for me is a game changer

Kitsune Faye You'll need a computer to get the rom hack. You'll have to download a clean rom of New Super Mario Bros. from a trusted source online and then download the patch from the official source. Then you'll have to use the special patcher that comes with the download to patch the rom, and then either play it through an emulator or add it to a flashcart.

I feel like all the NEWER Super Mario Bros. games reuses the same elements. The worlds in this game are the same on the Wii Newer Super Mario Bros. And no I haven’t played either games.

And why do you need to write all of dese?
Can Nintendo hire the newer team they did a better version on new super Mario bros ds and the WII version.
Unfortunately, they're the opposite of SEGA, where they believe only they can make Mario games, and anyone else who tries is getting a copyright claim/lawsuit. And it's a shame too, because the Newer games really have a lot of heart and soul put into them, and while the DS game couldn't change all the bosses, the fact that we got two new ones with King Boo and Bowser & Bowser Jr, shows what the Newer Team is truly capable of. And if I'm not mistaken, they're working on an enhanced version of the Newer Wii game! Honestly, if I could ask for a few things, I'd personally want to choose any of the playable characters or even give them their unique attributes with Yellow & Blue Toad being one character and the fourth slot possibly being taken by someone new like Daisy or Toadette for example; and for Bosses not to be slightly harder Minibosses, though the fact that we got new foes to face in addition to the Koopalings was, and is astounding.
