Keenan's characters are always like "I'm outta here!"
*Kenan’s
And right! XD
It's because he's black
That’s a black people
Typical black guy
Besides the Diner Lobster sketch, he’s typically the most “tf is happening around me?” once the jokes of the sketch start
"I know mine is smaller than yours, but I'll still stick in in youuuu." LMAO
SO DARK
so subtle
Kate's a god damn national treasure.
😂😂😂
LMAO 😅😂😏 that line kinda reminds me of Boku no Pico cuz the first episode is literally that line: "I know mine is smallerthan yours, but I'll still stick it in youuuu." And then they f*cked
the way he asks "is this weird" kills me every time I watch :)))
"Consider this your hush money" I died.
I love how Pete doesn't even try to do an accent
Because he can't be he has no talent at all.
@@jaygasper4853 why do you think that?
"Just from an optic standpoint" 😂
As a fellow maco major I laughed with you
the only thing I could think of was the Optical Printer...
-ONO
Screw your optics I'm going in
"Kinda like a Bryan Singer pool party vibe"
OH SHIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIT
That "Bryan Singer pool party vibe" line did not get much reaction, but it was easily the darkest line lol
I had no clue who he was until this video. I'm sure I wasn't the only one.
Because it’s the most obscure to a mainstream audience. That’s why it’s so dark to me.
It’s a harsh reality to bring up
Can someone explain it? I didn't get what it was referring to.
@@angeliqueriou4067 Bryan Singer like(d? I don't know if he still throws them now...) pool parties thrown by gay men in Hollywood that lots of young- sometimes underage- men/boys would go to in order to mingle with producers and maybe get a shot in a major motion picture. It's already on the sleazy side, but one of those men specifically and in graphic detail accused Singer of raping him in front of other people while at the party.
I can't remember the last time a casting choice made me as happy as seeing Peter Pan played by Kate McKinnon just made me.
given the "real" peter pan was played by a woman, it made sense.
@@hankmoody7513 yeah he always traditionally was, cuz I mean, it would be weird for a grown man with his deep voice to portray a young boy LOL
I can: Peter Pan played by Jim Parsons. Way better.
Cecily Strong was quite fun in the role. "A boy... a gorgeous, womanly boy!"
“The ships your consider this hush money” I laughed harder then I probably should have
Damn Sam Rockwell is great in everything.
Agreed
A great Hook.
Shame he fluffed his last line.
Adam Wright and yet he powered through like it was nothing without getting flustered or calling attention to it at all, as a professional should!
Loved that guy ever since he played Guy😁
Oh and that one dude giving the thug tour in the original tmnt
I'm gonna need a feature-length adaptation starring Kate as Peter ASAP
Anyone but Walken
Same
kevin willems Still Sam Rockwell.
Didn't Walken almost shat himself when he played Hook?
I don't understand why SNL didn't do this sooner, since Peter Pan is normally played by women who can pass as a young boy, and Kate McKinnon has shown us time and again that she can play both men and women (and also monsters, androgynous freaks, and women between the ages of 40 and 100). The previous Peter Pan sketches they had, one had Jim Parsons as Peter Pan (probably one of the few times where a man plays him) and the other was Cecily Strong (who, yes, is a good actress on the show, but doesn't have Kate McKinnon's chameleon abilities).
"Harmless michael jackson way"
chinaski Michael will never get his peace
chinaski I didn't understand that reference
chinaski Why won't they leave michael alone
+Gerry mid What I'm saying! It really does get tiring to see :/
God, why are so many famous people pedos. I mean seriously, It's one of the worst things anyone can do.
The boat is yours consider it hush money
Wow Sam Rockwell is really good at reading cue cards and still acting natural
he is an award winning and nominated actor after all
Sam Rockwell? I thought it was James Franco.
@@ramirezproductions0826 No, he played the role years later in a bit parodying Peter Pan Live.
There's got to be a behind the scenes of this, and I want to see all the costuming, makeup, and set processes so badly! ESPECIALLY Kate's - she's been talking about dressing up like Peter forever, and I'd love to hear her talk about how much she must've loved finally becoming Peter Pan
"but I'll still stick in you!!" LMAO!
Lol that brotha said : forward my check: before he jumped out the boat
I’m playing hook for a recital and this was exactly the thought process
"I'm 36" AAAAHH LOL
Lol, I'm dying right now.
This whole sketch is dying.
Bruce Snow why? This was horrible, I didn't even crack a smile...
Sidrah Zaheer Speak for yourself. I thought this was hilarious, especially as I've been to a Bryan Singer party.
Payed to make nice comments much...
Jesus, people, Bruce is probably dead by now and none of you even called 911
00:32 Look it's Larry David.
I thought the exact same thing. I'm dying!!!!
Was that him?
It’s Beck Bennett but I definitely see it the resemblance XD
Thank GOD it wasn't just me!
Haha i know, Spitting image though.
Sam is one of the funniest dudes on this planet! Plus that with Beck, Keenan and the rest of the crew, and we've got us a W
I think the Bryan Singer line went over the audiences head.

@@halloween2004 Who the hell is Jerry Sandusky?

@@Brucifer2 your joking....
So no one is gonna mention the guy who said he was 36 and is still hanging around with the other kids
The Amazing Crarthur Well he cant look any older and probably immature since he has doesn’t hung out with many adults.
He literally said "I'm realizing I'm also in a weird spot right now." He said it literally after he mentioned his age. So there is no need to mention it, since he already did mention it...
It's fine as long as he's not 69
Fisho D haha. Exactly what I was thinking when I read that comment
That was the theme of the entire sketch
As a Londoner, those are some interesting accents right there! Sam/Hook for one was Michael Caine and Mick Jagger and a South African accent all rolled into one!
Kate had so much fun as peter 😂😂
Somehow I knew peter was gonna be Kate.
Same I said it as soon as I saw the name
Yeah, Peter Pan is often played by short, blond women who can pass as young boys and Kate has proven time and again that she can.
If I was a Lost Boy, I'd have joined the pirates a long time ago since Peter often switches sides and helps the pirates fight the Lost Boys when there's too many of them. I feel I'd get more loyalty out of Captain Hook.
That narrow unidirectional splash gets me every time.
1:21 when Sam Rockwell spits out apple from his mouth..
The Bryan Singer pedophile joke went under the radar lol.
2:31 lookup director 'Bryan Singer' and his "pool parties" with young kids
You Said Yes! I'm Glad He's being exposed by SNL!!! Finally!
How is he still allowed to roam freely in the Hollywood Circles?
Just saw his IMDB and he has a tonne of projects he is involved with presently.
I'm aware these are only allegations at this point but the frequency and severity of them have me at ease.
I myself will boycott any sexual assaulter by matter of principal.
Why why hasn't he been fired/charged yet? According to the quick google search I did...didn't click on any links but the headlines are sick AF...yet seems he's still working on projects coming out this year and that came out last year......including xmen....I'd expect such serious allegations to ruin someone's career even before the me too movement....(and even as a female myself, I bet it would have already if the alleged victim was a female)......
So Louie ck...who is also a director...writer etc....just jerks off in front of some woman..(not saying that it wasn't wrong).....and he's off the map now for the time being.....but this guy is said to have raped a underaged kid and is still roaming around with his career intact? That's just messed up.
Jen Tuesday Exactly! Thank You! Hollywood is full of pedos. And alot of young boys are victims. Think of famous cute child actors, young male singers. All invited to these pool parties , and are groomed. it's awful.
Jen Tuesday Wealthy, powerful, predators and alleged pedophiles are protected by their industry, elites, and even judges. Ex. Roman Polanski, Woody Allen, Jimmy Savile. Keep putting pressure on them, and the truth will flush them out. Also see - Prince Andrew and Jeffrey Epstein.
Considering that adolescence wasn't really a thing as much as it is today, back then, a lot of the people on pirate ships probably were young men between 14 and 26. High school wasn't really available to people who weren't from wealthy families and young men those ages needed to seek work. If you were a young man who knew sailing and a pirate captain promised you money (gold, treasure) and the freedom of the open seas, you'd probably join a pirate crew without much thought. Of course, the work for the younger, less experienced sailors would be unpleasant grunt work. But for many of them, it was something to do that provided a place to sleep, food, and sometimes treasure.
Lmao. Captain Hook is going to have a "sword fight " with Peter Pan. What is this, Shakespeare??
I will NEVER look at the works of J.M. Barrie in the innocent way that I did before watching this.
The funniest part was hearing the crowd not get behind the "sword fight" bit. 😂
the way he asks "is this weird" cracks me up everytime :D :D :D
So THAT'S why it's called the "Jolly Roger"(ing). Now I get it!
3:07 The epitome of confidence.
keenan jumping ship, literally lmao!!!
The apple spitting at 1:20 was probably the climax of this clip
Kate McKinnon is the only person who can pull off that Peter Pan look
Yeah she’s pretty much the one who does the job when it comes to doing pretty boy. Lol
Probably because sHe's a hermaphrodite.
Jim Parsons can too.
Don’t forget she played the famous lesbian Justin Bieber on family feud too
Best line keenan "imma go" lmao
The second Kate showed up as Peter Pan, you were like "of course".
Keenan rocks. His toughest skit I think was, Doctor Worf. He struggled and laughed a lot in that one. He had a tough time portraying Michael Dorn. But, he soldiered through it.
Notice Sam Rockwell has the hook on his left hand, like Dustin Hoffman in the 1991 film?
As soon as I saw Kate as Peter Pan I was reminded "Oh that's right Peter was always portrayed by a woman on stage." Keeping up with tradition!
"Yeah, like in a harmless, Michael Jackson way." LOL, I died.
Yes i would be over board with smee after that
Hooks sword is flopping around so much, that just makes it hilariously weirder
kates' on a bloody wire...no she's not she's flying! 'and me the 'oop! Pardon me while I play the grand piano!
The guests almost ALWAYS have to rely on prompters. Heck, the regulars often have to. He’s done a great job!
00:32 dude’s face at “you’ll relish the life of a *cook”* 😂👌🏻
I thought that was James Franco (which I was surprised by) in the thumbnail... xD Derp
Me too!!!
dude their props and sets are super good
Consider this hush money 😂😂😂
Kate as always rocks!!!
Heather she had one line
Heather umm, is it opposite day?
Heather She is the bomb
But Kates legs tho 😂
When he says "climate" around 1:20 his mouth like explodes lol
Keenan 🤣🤣🤣 😭😂😂
“Consider this hush money.” Lmao
We need a Peter Pan with Sam as hook for real
Sam Rockwell it's amazing in anything
0:58 “Is this.... weird?”
The most naturally worried sword swinging Ive seen on TV
1:10 “Just from an optic stand point”
The most eloquent Captain Cook Ive seen on TV
3:04 “Its time for one of our special SWORD fights, i know mine is smaller than yours but I will still stick in you””
😳
Lost Boy: The Lost Boys are here to "serve" you!
Captain Hook: Well I'm sure glad to hear tha-......... Wait, what do you mean by that?
Captain Hook: Barbecue, me and you, stinky peeky, pew pew pew (as Wild Bill Wharton)
Rockwell is gold
1:21 hook spit
omg that killed me at the end lol!!!
Was it just me, or was this kind of extremely dark.
Peter Pan always was extremely dark. A magical entity kidnapping kids to make them kill people this entity doesn't like.
Yeah, and then I saw it as an adult and heard them singing that they were going to round in indians (for slaves) because Peter Pan told them to.
Troy Ramadin Kind of extremely? Why are Americans of all people so rattled by dark comedy?
Troy Ramadin very
Pardon Me
Not all of us are. I enjoyed it. But I like dark and especially dry humour that points out a logical flaw.
1:21 the amount of spit jettisoned from Sam Rickwell’s mouth is astronomical.
Saturday Night Live made the Peter Pan remake we actually wnated
The most underrated reboot
*love this so much* 😂
I lost it at a "harmless Michael Jackson way"
Zaphod's ship seems downgraded somehow
very smart comment.
high quality zinger
Hitchhiker flashbacks
I don't know if this was intentional, but I happened to watch the Peter Pan skit earlier today where Tonker Bell mentions how she's into the tall lost boy who looks to be at least 22 and Peter Pan mentions how he's actually 9. In this episode, Pete says he's a tall 9 and the context is Hook is trying to say he has no idea how old the kids are. If this was intentional, kudos to the writers for keeping continuity within their Peter Pan Skit universe! These two kits came out 5 years apart!
I really thought Beck Bennett here was Larry David until he opened his mouth 😅
Best joke-book ever!!!
Jumped off a boat on Captain Hook's ship. What Up With That? What Up With That? What IIIISSSS Up With TTTHAAT?
Such an appropriate reference to name Bryan Singer. He is right up there with Weinstein- and most of Hollywood knows it.
I KNEW Kate would be Peter Pan
Really there wasn't anyone else in the cast that could've made a more perfect Peter Pan... I knew it was gonna be Kate from the start! XD
Literally everybody with a English accent and Pete’s like 🛑❌🛑
I keep thinking about Michael Jackson's interview about his pet Llama
I love how Pete's the only one without an accent!
Dorie Pierre me too!
“Consider this hush money”
Anyone else see the spit just flyyy when he said 'climate'!??!
Favorite sketch!
Oh my gosh Bryan SINGER POOL PARTY.. 😦😦😦... NO no no no😄😄😄😄
Finally, this premise has been put into perspective.
Kate's Peter Pan is underrated!
“Is this weird?”😂😂😂😂
I want an entire movie with Kate McKinnon playing Peter Pan
"Consider it hush money" lmao
I knew, i knew they were going to bring up Michael Jackson hahahaha
Same
Consider this hush money haha
Q: Why does Peter Pan fly?
A: If someone hit you in the peter with a pan, you'd fly, too!
Gotta love the classics.:)
If anyone on SNL could deliver a line anymore, this would have been brilliant.
Debbie downer you are
I like Mr Rockwell's English accent!
That Bryan Singer bit!
I love this so much😂
