Same thing happened to me parker I lost my original account. This has been happening. People accs get hacked and sold.
Activision told me I couldn't get the account back because the guy synced to an apple ID and I can only remove it if I knew the model number of the device..
I eventually asked them to delete my account and lost everything and I was a heavy spender 😭

The fact that cod mobile and activism could actually get Parkers account back after hacking because he’s a content creator but couldn’t do the same for my friends account which was also hacked the same way saddens me

This happened to me too about a year+ ago and I got so tired of getting kicked out of my games so I just stopped playing.
I reached out to codm but they didn't do shit, just told me to make a new account and they would recover the account or something like that but nothing happened. I got back on about 2 months ago and my account was gone. It was a season 1 account worth about $350 with Damascus unlocked, about 3,000 hours on the game so I was pissed but I couldn't do shit. I had to make a new account and forgot about the old one.

You should have gotten a backup email, asking if the changes were you. Once you go in and say no, it allows you to get access to your account again. This exact same thing happened to my sons account. Good luck

Parker, change your password for account. That will stop him from logging in to your account and use COD login instead Facebook. And enable authenticator for your COD login.
As you are still having access to your account means he didn't change the password. So quickly do as I mentioned above.

Authenticator only works for Activison or CODM web login, not the in-game login window.
