I love everything about this channel. The son/father combo, the quality of the actual video and the accents. I NEED an update on this truck as I’m building a 49’ right now.
I love watching you guys work on vehicles. There is nothing better than watching a father and son having fun together. On top of that Christian men giving us a wholesome show to watch.
I would like to thank you for great information also great to watch you two are what this planet needs something very positive, a father and son ,what every parent wants enjoying time together ajob well done
The info about notching would have been beneficial for me about 7 months ago when I bagged my old 60 Ford F100. Haha... I felt so overwhelmed with it being my first air ride install. With the help of my brother and Dad we finally knocked it out. So proud of ole truck now
I use to have a custom 53 Chevy 3100 when I was younger, it was my first truck. Would love to have another one. Love the look and style of those old trucks.
what a beautiful family you are.iam so moved.god is always on your shoulder.🙏some times when we think we are lost and thing are dark.the lord guides us.you are truly a wonderful family.god bless you all 🙏♥️.John from England
You know I'd love fresh paint on that gal! I'm seeing some tasty purple reflections on those rims, that color would look completely sick on that truck with those wheels.
Satin Black paint, tinted windows, throw some chrome on (careful don't over do too much chrome), 3" exhaust, Turnin Rust logo on doors. Soooo many ideas!!
Didn't have a chance to comment last night while watching but I really love that truck. I'm not a fan of air-rides but I am a fan of the exacting work that it takes to correctly and safely install an air-ride unit and swapping out the original frame with an S-10 frame made it a really understandable option. Just don't paint it "shiny colors" like your Dad said ya'll were discussing! Patina that thing and let her roll. If someone else buys it down the line then they can screw it up by making it look like a gummy bear! lol Keep 'em coming, guys. God bless!
Paint that truck!!! PLEASE??? I’d love to see a 67 chevelle mint blue (or whatever that color is called) on that truck. I love your videos! This makes my time away from family go a bit smoother. Army Warrant Officer here and I literally spend my free time watching your videos. Thank you for being real about your stand for the Lord. God bless you both!
Can't say enough how informative your videos are, just love them. You take the time to explain what you're doing and the reasons behind it. Like the reinforcing that was done to your rear frame, and you definitely should go the tilting bed route. I did that with mine and it looks amazing and will ease certain maintenance that will come up. I used linear actuators but my bed is a lot smaller than yours. Hoping to get mine on the road this summer, have never given up on it.
Yes she is looking Fancy lol. My wife and I live in Arthur City and have passed by there a few times to look at the projects you have done. Currently working my own youtube channel as well and I can say, it is very hard. Watching your youtube channel keeps me inspired. Currently working on a 62 C10 long bed and wanting to bag it as well. I get alot of good ideas from you guys. Keeping the faith strong, God bless you guys and keep up the good work.
Love what you guys are doing. I personally love working on old cars & trucks so please keep on doing what you guys do on turning rust. GOD BLESS YOUR FAMILY & YOUR FRIENDS
Great episode, lots of progress in one video. The long(ish) format makes so much more sense than the more usual 20 minute updates used by other channels. Looking forward to Part 4.👍 Cheers for now, Dougie.
Great step by step how to,learn a lot. Perfect welds.hard work great job.Blessed are the hard workers they shall be rewarded God guilds thru that path. God Bless
Just slays me that you can order all the pieces you need to slam that GMC to the ground. Unbelievable!! being a VW Beetle nut myself, those cars in the background sure do catch my interest. Fantastic show, keep it up, maybe I will pay you guys a visit when next I visit my son in NW Arkansas. From Greg in South Africa.
Gun metal grey with black running boards and wheels put the chrome back on it to accentuate the chrome center caps with the turning rust logo on the door in the rust brown.
Nice choices. This truck, given the work put in should remain "Dad's" shop truck!! My Granpa had a genuine, all original ford F1 styleside short bed up on little squam lake in NH, before he passed, which I rode in w/ Him & my dad. 3 generations on the same bench seat! Despite begging my dad to let me have the truck, My cousin got it cause he owned a body shop. He totally restored it with "shiny paint" from a very light, beginning patina. It was black and had similar wheels & tires as yours. No bags, all original. Still, it was great. Never learned what it's fate was, or if he still has it.
Lance, I love the color of your new Chevrolet truck you tow all the vehicles with. Would you mind sharing the paint code? I love your videos. God bless you guys. You are the real deal..
Good Job mans! I love watching you guys work. Wish I had the relay with my father. ( we're just too far apart age wise now) Lance, Keep it up You go getter!!! Hats off to ya
This show hadn't made it to television yet. If not, that's hard to believe. I'd much rather watch these two than just about any other show. The show deserves it big time. Way more than a bunch of others. I'd like them to start making that extra money for the builds because their builds are much better than a lot of them that are on television. Good Luck Guys. If you're not there yet, I'm praying for you This is my favorite Auto channel on YT. so keep up the good work. I'd love to be able to afford you guys to build me a classic.
Thanks guys you have given me lots of ideas for air bagging my 41 Cadillac Coupe as I want the rockers to sit on the floor. Watch out for the build on my TH-cam channel... Dave from a very wet UK.
You arent learning untill you step out of your comfort zone, but by the looks a things you gentelmen arent very comfortable, and that means what ever your working on should be bad a.. 🤪😀 so hey thanks you guys love your content, it keeps me brushed up on the basics plus a few tips and tricks around the shop. Bless these folks theys good ens. Something about that good ol boy accent very cool, peace brothers🙂 And remember always be kind to others, be greatful for what we do have. Do something for someone else without expecting anything in return and see what happens, transmit peace and love and that shall be what mostly youll receive.✌
craig engelman I hope they never drop the “God thing” as you call it. This world needs some good news about God’s never ending love for us. Don’t you agree?
The '52 GMC is looking great. Great job on fab stuff you did. That's a really cool tube bender. And as a Thor Bros customer myself, they do have some nice stuff. Keep up the awesome work. No matter how you decide to finish this truck, it'll be a winner.
Thanks for sharing guys, I have my own 5 window 1950 Chevy and I want to install airbags on it and I can do all the fabrication on it but just didn't know where to notch it or cut the frame. Thanks for the info. I'm a welder. I'll send you guys a pic when im done. I live in a border town between the US and Mexico at a two hour drive from San Antonio Texas. I bought my truck in Mexico took it to my house and plan to restore it by myself. Hope everything is well. Saludos👍
