May I ask of the Col is the same Tara Gill that Maj Gen GD Bakshi talks about...??? Gen Bakshi mentioned a coursemate of his who made his first jump in battle.
He is his coursemate indeed, and the same man who made his first jump in battle. Both General Bakshi and Colonel Gill were commissioned on 24 November, 1971.
