Btw: I passed my NCLEX today. First try. Thank you very much for posting these videos. I watched them very religiously….they were playing when I was doing dishes, when I was working out at the gym-you gotta want it hard enough to make some sacrifices. While everybody else was listening to Cardi B at the gym, I was listening to you teaching on SSRIs, MAOIs, TCAs etc in my earbuds. Not an ideal playlist for the gym but every minute counts. My exam had a little bit of everything…some fundamentals ( how to turn a patient from a supine position to a right lateral position-how you would position both the patient and yourself to ensure correct body mechanics and safety. Some OB, and a few psych questions on how to deal with a psychotic client who is experiencing AV hallucinations.) Beyond the questions and scenarios that you present in your videos, and of all the lessons I could glean from them, I took the underlying principles and applied them to my NCLEX questions. And I passed. Thank you very much. I can’t wait to see what God has in store for my next chapter as an RN. Thank you for praying for us at the beginning of every video….that’s the best part. God bless you and, yes, I’ll share your content and tell my friends who are still in nursing to subscribe to your channel.

I believe you were looking for perforated. The ulcer perforated in the female client which is why she was dizzy & lightheaded after all the pill popping lol
