Very beautiful house only very congestion the kitchen is very small the dining table is not good near to the living area , and to remind to all sellers for property, “ Any sellers who sale their property anything’s attached to the property like air con , cabinet CCTV or Camera, lights and etc that can remove is included to the house that you sale and then try to consider the years it build the house to come up to make a price, maganda nga but they house has 15 to 20 years old already it’s useless, last not least the sellers are the one who give the 5% of the realtor or bloggers, next the sellers are the one who pay the gain tax . I just to give an idea to those sellers who have no idea regarding this matter. Thank you
