    No way this is for beginners. great work

      Certainly not but as the fit is phenomenal, I would definitely recommend it as a starter kit for those who want to delve into the full interior kits. You just need sooo much time to finish it.

      @@GeorgeModellingforBeginners Being retired definitely helps. I have ordered this one too, I'll get to it in 2026!

    The plastic periscope protectors are actually more realistic. The original was constructed of tubing not strips. Great work on all these E8 videos.

      Thank you. I might screw up the periscopes as well. I hate working with clear parts. I did not knew that regarding the tubing that were contracted, that is interesting.

    Nice, but one little thing. The belt of ammo for the 50 cal should have gunmetal or grey black links going down the back 1/3 of the rounds. And the tips should be a copper color with every 5th being red for the tracer. Since you seem to love the little details.

      Thank you for the armour lesson. I love details but you my friend seem to love them even more :)

    Looking good. The loaders and tc hatches should be green.

    • @GeorgeModellingforBeginners
      @GeorgeModellingforBeginners  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Yes a lot of people said that to me. To be honest I might leave the hatches as they are for the moment just to remind me the topic that raised among modellers. Also I am out of yellow colour which I need to mix with olive drab in order to have the final colour.

    What gauge of wire did you use to make the tow cable? That was very well done.

      Thanks. I just had to measure it with my caliper as there is no indication on the reel. It is 0.3mm

    Awesome build really enjoyed watching. Question what brushes do you use to paint tiny details like the radio knobs?

    • @GeorgeModellingforBeginners
      @GeorgeModellingforBeginners  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you!!! For this one I bought some cheap ones from The Range (British shop). The brush I used was 000.

    Did you apply a coat of varnish before doing the wash?

    • @GeorgeModellingforBeginners
      @GeorgeModellingforBeginners  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes I did (satin coat) before washes and matt coat at the end. Sorry I forgot to mention this, thanks for pointing out.
