WELCOMING SPRING TIME IN OUR CAPITOL CITY, PROVIDENCE, RI

On Sunday, April 17, 2016, The Pepper Bird Magazine's roaming camera was out and about our Capitol City, with many other, on that sunny, warm, and beautiful day welcoming the Spring Season into our city and state. After a ride down a few major city streets, we rolled into the Roger Williams Park to join the thousands of Rhode Islanders riding the waters, playing sports, strolling, picnicking, fishing, or just simply "chillin" in the park.
