Idols are people just like us and have feelings and emotions. Idols could be going through something that you or anyone has no knowlege of, every idol has their hardships. If hundrends, even thousands of people attack and spread hate, it causes damage to an idols self confidence, cause them to hide their feelings from the world, cause a disconnect with their own fans, can fuel a dangerous mental health issue and in extreme measures cause an idol to attempt suicide. It has happened before, not once, not twice, but multiple times. Even indirectly, whether its to friends or comments sections, even blogs, etc, idols see them and they see you. Just because we are in the internet generation does not mean the internet is a private shield of protection for you, it hurts the people on the other side of the screen and hurts your image. Would you want your favorites to go through the same thing? Someone is doing it to them, and they are no worse than the actions those people who spread hateful things about other groups/individuals and it can be you, it can even be your closest friends. If you see your own friends doing this sort of thing, please don't be a bystander, call them out. So please, the next time you want to say that nasty thing about an idol or group, think about what you are doing and ask yourself is it worth it? You could be destroying someones career, their life, and them.
I wasnt a joyful, im not even a longguo fan.. but this boy is talented.. i love his voice and songs.. i'll start supporting him now. His mistakes will make him stronger, he"ll learn from it. I wanna watch this boy grow and become a better version of him..
