This is level up system tutorial that uses a event receiver to check your level/rank, but you can switch it out with a trigger volume.

When you configure the player world UI chip make sure you have enable when joining with the right role selected and sync on so everyone can see the text above your head or someone else.

You can, but you're going to need to specify which player gets the UI instead of having a local player chip.
