Dharmapuri to Salem:
Follow NH544 from Dharmapuri to Salem. This section is straightforward, with ample facilities.
Salem to Coimbatore:
From Salem, continue on NH544. This stretch passes through Erode and leads directly to Coimbatore.
Coimbatore to Isha Yoga Center:
Upon reaching Coimbatore, head west towards the Velliangiri foothills. The Isha Yoga Center is about 30 km from Coimbatore city center.

The total distance is approximately 320-350 km, and the ride will take about 6-8 hours, depending on traffic and stops.
