The greatest performance you can see currently is Herman's Hermits with Peter Noone. I've seen him 4x the last 2 years at the Coach House in San Juan Capistrano. He is the greatest showman, and at 76. A DEFINITE MUST SEE.
Nice to see bass player Greg Smith working; he's been with Tommy James for years. But he had to leave his gig with Ted Nugent because Nugent last year retired from road tours. I've seen Greg play a dozen times, combing Nugent and Tommy James concerts.
I love their music. But when I hear My Baby Does the Hanky Panky, it reminds me of when they had girlie shows at the county fairs. The women would come out front and grind on the poles to the song! This was in the middle 60’s.
Garbage artists get into the Hall of Fame but real talent like Tommy James, The Guess Who and many others don't. What a load of crap. edit: That's the real Guess Who, not the current imposters. Go Randy and Burton, get your property back.

Read Tommy's book ! He has a lovimg relationship with the Cowsills. The stuff of legend.
