If you are suggesting people make those, how about some suggestions about placement measurements for various thicknesses of material being joined. ( And the measurement from the tube to where the angled hole starts into the wood will determine part of where to put stop collar on drill bit.) Length of screw, and thickness of what you are joining will effect where this jig needs to be positioned relative to where screw will come out of piece with holes and enter adjacent material.

Instead of buying an expensive piece of equipment, you manufactured an in-house device/holder to accommodate a Hand Held Grinder, Portable Drill. THANK YOU.

No. Don't try that nonsense. You will harm yourself. An angle grinder is a very powerful and dangerous tool. Not meant to be rigged up like a chop saw. If you do that, it can behave unpredictably and harm you.
have you had any issues with the tubing moving (due to lack of support) after the long angled cut? I was wondering if a little epoxy might be needed but that is a very cool idea. Love your information and appreciate your time.
This guy is a GENIUS...he has about 4,556,976 views, i have a bunch of ideas on how i can use my power tools that are all over my garage in cases or drawers, most of the time i spent so much time looking for them & if can`t find them, i ended up using a tool that is not made for that purpose. lol

I've asked for a pocket hole jig at our hardware stores here in Australia only to be met with a blank look on the face of the so called service assistant...…...they have absolutely no idea what I'm taking about even when I show them a photograph of the jig. So much for being experts in hardware.LOL.
truly amazing. i unfortunately dont have metal cutting options here rn :/ but after watching this i just may do so. not sure. all the metal cutting blades etc vs a 20-25 dollar kreg mini. sigh. however, truly amazing video, thank you for it

He showed everything you need. Anything else you can change yourself to fit your needs. The only critical sizes are the tube that has to fit the drill and the angle of the cut. The angle may change for smaller or thicker material. Make new ones for different sizes.
I don't know what I liked more: this simple pocket hole jig or the fact that you made every tool stand / holder yourself.

Good luck! If you still want to buy one, wolfcraft makes an undercover jig you should be able to ship to Australia.

You should be able to buy a jigsaw blade fairly cheap if you have a jig saw and cut it with that.
