when you got yeeted from the ladder, i think you were looking hard left when you reached the top, and your guy tries to go left off the ladder. If you look hard left or right, the character goes that way at the top of the ladder

Just wanted to say me and my friend got our first Athena FOTD steal reasently. I sent my friend to the FOTD will the the reaper 5 gallion. he tucced on the island and when the fort was over he sneaked to the boat took the Athena and jumped into the water. Meanwhile I was hiding with our sloop on snake island I came in and harpooned him in the water... We sold the Athena without the gallion even noticing our ship.

Bro I don't understand when do you know when you need to use double gun (blunder/snipe) or Sword/snipe i don't get
I usually double gun when trying to board the enemy ships. Since blunder is a one shot kill up close and you won’t have a lot of time for sword kills when everyone is on the top deck

That ramming someone else's ship into something with no damage bug is infuriating. As a solo, it has cost me sinks before. Most amazing instance of this bullshit - I literally rammed this dude's sloop into a fort, 2 rocks and an island with zero damage. Had to spawn camp the dude like 7 or 8 times before eventually giving up and doing the firebomb round the map table trick. The most infuriating part was that after I sunk him, stashed his stuff in his rowboat at an island, went to get my new ship - it's fresh spawned at Dagger Tooth and in turning the ship away from the dock I popped a tier 2 hole. Literally not even moving. Never said "Fuuuuck you game" and meant it more. That was an actual pisstake.

that ladder throw off thing is the absolute worst, and my wifi is so terrible that it happens all the time pepehands
I play on a mobile Hotspot so my ultimate goal is keep people off the boat so I don't have to go face to face since I lag when I fight people with swords but I insist on always having one for the skeles

I’m training this kid on Xbox to be a pvp lord I started on his third day in sot and now he is pl legendary thief and is wiping galley crews i I’m surprisingly proud of him.
Legendary theif were all trembling

Fucking the controls seem to be all fucked in this patch. Shit is like that 10:22 has been happening to myself as well. It's like playing a guessing game while boarding and fighting, you start your 3 combo hit they one sword threw it and vortex you like you never hit them. The movement and fighting ability's are fucked. even with skill some noobie can vortex you. I blunder shot a dude lastnight at close range 3 times and sword him, he never ate and killed me with two swipes of the sword. Makes no sense and so discouraging makes it hard to even want to play anymore. Love this game and I'm finally starting to learn something on there. I'll stick in there Love the game, but man they need to go back to the drawing board for sure...

Honestly they should make it so crews are limited on swords and blunders by forcing them to only get x (dependent on ship and crew) so you can't get sword spammed as easily.
Instead of limiting what people can use maybe they can fix them 😐

@@evanmaster8919 that makes no sense, the point of the game is that u can do what u like, limiting weaponry is not realistic at all, sword swarming is a good strat and u have to find a way to get past it
no because then double gunner crews would get fucked by that system. better would be to nerf sword back to 20 damage
