I bought a spark plug WQR8DC, from a local store, I asked for 5speed electra sPARKPLUG, they said that it will fit, but it is a bit lengthy than normal one, can I use it, by tighting it ?

I just changed my carb.. because my bike was sitting for almost. 5 years.. so when i tried to start it i changed cables and carb.. mikarb seems to be okay.. but i liked the stock carb..
