    I could not watch your truly troubling day and not reply. I have a deep appreciation for what you've shared; the strength and courage to show us what your bad day is like.
    Thank you Carolina. I do not know or understand how I found you on TH-cam except to suggest that we share similar algorithms. I know that you will hang in there--as I currently am--you come across as being a tough, tender person:) HAPPY THANKSGIVING.
    Yesterday was my crappy day laying around in bed wasting the sunshine which has been ever so brief. I has a good day today. I fixed a vegetarian Thanksgiving meal consisting of a planted-based meatloff and a dish of mashed potatoes meant to be shaped like a turkey; it looked more like a pigeon with a carrot beak and celery fantail. The meal was great and gave me something to laugh at and accomplish.

      Wow, you’re cooking sounds amazing!!! Sadly that’s one thing we don’t have in common 😆
      We don’t celebrate thanks giving in the UK but I’m hoping to celebrate my birthday which is coming in the next few days. Lockdown finishes (supposedly) 2nd Dec so I’m hoping to meet friends for a meal or drinks depending what the new rules are.

      Haha I didn’t feel like a boss and it was very strange filming it but like I always say, I keep things real. No point only showing the good times as life isn’t like that. I’m happy to report today was a much better day 😁

    Hi there. I just discovered your channel. I too am going through really bad panic attacks. They are exhausting. I’ve been unable to sleep properly for about two weeks. It’s driving me nuts. Completely out of the blue my heart starts pounding, I feel like I’m going to pass out, can’t focus it’s horrible.

      I know what you mean, I've been getting anxious of getting anxious. Sounds crazy.

      Alana, I hear you honey. It drains you of everything and on those bad days you sometimes just have to give in to it. But remember it doesn’t last & I swear things WILL improve for you xx

    Trust me I feel your pain,, I had the same kind of day,, it sucks!! Didn't even do my make up or anything. My eyes filled with tears watching you,, I just feel so along and it's so scary. I wish I had a friend like you to call on in times like this. Hope your feeling better!!

      It’s awful isn’t it but we always survive so guess we have to tell ourselves it’s only a minor setback despite how hideous it feels. Luckily I managed to have a good day today & just posted a video up 😊

    Oh, and by the way, you mentioned not eating all day. A sugar drop can mimic a Panic Attack or even cause one. Now I eat something every few hours to keep my sugar stable. Also, I keep juice around always and take a couple of sips and boom! Subsides. I've read many Panic Attack and Anxiety books and its one of the things they mention.

    I've had worst week this week in ages, hardly got out of bed. Had a CBT company supposed to call me on Wednesday, they never did, just as well as was up all night & asleep on sofa all day. My partner has had to put up with a lot of shit this week, I've just not wanted to know. You did well recording yourself having a panic attack. You've been doing so well recently, you'll be back on your feet strong again soon. My partner realised the 2 of us hadn't been out the house for 3 weeks, she went out for a walk & met her friend today (outside), whereas for me, as I'm not working, I'm used to not seeing anyone, but she's been working from home since March & just has endless Zoom calls all day but isn't used to not seeing anyone, then by the time she stops working, she goes to bed & I get up. Rinse & repeat. I've got to get out of this cycle. Thanks for your videos Carolina, I know they can be tough for you to do but you help a good number of people. Sending you lots of love ❤️. EDIT: As you say to us, don't be too hard on yourself if a day doesn't go to plan. 2nd edit: You finish by saying that.

      Hey you, I was wondering how you were doing. Sorry to hear it’s all a bit pants right now but as you’ve seen, you’re not alone. It sounds like things are tough on you AND your partner right now 😞 Have you managed to think of anything you enjoy doing whilst at home that doesn’t involve using a screen? I think physically doing things can distract us from our worries if only temporarily. Maybe you & your other half could plan to put the Christmas decorations up together as it may bring you a little closer working as a team. Just my thoughts but do what you can and don’t feel pressured. PS Hopefully my next vid will give you a little hope 🙂

    Panic attacks are awful, but we can get through it. I've been using resources like cbt4panic.org (free), the anxious truth podcast (free) and the anxious truth facebook page (free) and it's massively helping. Please have a read through the cbt4panic website, he had panic disorder too. All these resources are life changing. I'm 5 days into my exposure. You can do this. x

      I think I can probably answer for Carolina, we don't do Thanksgiving in the UK. We do however get Boxing Day, the day after Xmas Day, so Xmas gets extended by a day for us.
