Sir, in all in quota counselling if any seat is alloted in round 1 and upgraded in round 2 , then if any seat is alloted means round 1 seat will be cancelled and if seat is not alloted in round 2 ,can we participate in round 3 with same upgradation with keeping round 1 seat for security
