Eid-ul-Adha Vlog | 17th June 2024
Hey everyone! Welcome back to my channel. Today, I’m excited to share how we celebrated Eid-ul-Adha in Manchester on Monday, 17th June 2024.
Morning Preparations:
The day started with a fresh feeling as I got ready after 10 days of not cutting my nails and hair in observance of Eid traditions. It felt rejuvenating to get cleaned up and ready for the day.
Eid Namaz at the Masjid:
We then headed to the masjid for the special Eid Namaz. The sense of community and spirituality was truly uplifting.
Delicious Haleem:
Back home, my wife cooked her amazing Haleem. It was absolutely delicious and the perfect start to our celebrations.
Family Gathering:
As we waited for everyone to arrive at our home, we enjoyed some kheer. The sweet treat added to the festive spirit.
Trip to Baitings Dam:
In the afternoon, we decided to go out and visit Baitings Dam. We had a blast! I even recorded a group singing there - it was such a lively atmosphere. We explored the area and enjoyed the scenic views from the dam.
Snacks for the Kids:
The kids got a bit tired and hungry, so we treated them to some fries and pizza. It was a nice little break before heading back home.
Getting Ready for Dawat:
After returning home, we got ready for the evening dawat. It was a perfect end to a beautiful day filled with love, laughter, and togetherness.
