You don't get a stiffer suspension when pushing the sport button. The 595 Competizione has Koni FSD's on all 4 corners, which are non-adjustable. The only thing that happens is the throttle respons, a tiny dash extra turbo pressure and some more weight in the steering wheel.
I put mine in sports mode when I first brought it, button not been touched since. Also in Australia mine came with Michelin Pilot Sports rubber which I find excellent.
I got Michelin PS4 and the difference is night and day. I can’t understand why the Abarth has the P zero as standard, they’re ok in the dry but in the wet they’re so slippery.
P zero are so so bad. Got them in my Grande Punto Abarth and I hated them so much. Just replaced them with the Goodyear Eagle F1 and the difference was huge. The PS4 are still the best option tho ;)

Apologies for the error and well spotted.
Great video Mark 👍 It hasn’t helped cure my 595 obsession tho!
I had a competizione, absolutely brilliant little car. I would like to one day get another as a second car.
Just gone and got one, same colour and take delivery next week! Got bored with my 500 lounge and wanted something a bit exciting. Can't wait
Congratulations! Enjoy it!
nice vid only the way u say competizione is very enoying
Sales of the FIAT 500 series failed in the USA. They are pulling out again. Parts will be scarce.
the performance pack has a mechanical locking differential and not an electronic one
What would you have one of these or a mk8 fiesta st if you had the choice? Great vid love these cars

I also dropped my Sabelt seats an inch with lower brackets.
Better tyres transformed mine, the Pirelli are shocking tyres.
Good thinking, what tyres did you buy for yours?

Great tyre. We currently have a Corsa GSi on test with those tyres and the grip they offer is excellent.

@@wildeheart2996 Completely agree with you did the same thing with mine.
The rear of the car looks like it's giving birth to a Dodge Viper
Fiat 500 cant be that bad! They’ve sold millions
