This woman inspires me I swear. Like there’s no limits to what she does and she’s always a reminder of everything is possible. Like she had twins at 38 and she’s 50+ now and looks amazing and got married like 4 times and still going. Wow if that were me I would have given up a long time ago. I don’t know how some ppl might think about this but for me I think Jennifer is amazing!!

Yes she looks done up. For all the women out there know this and do not say what’s wrong with me. JLo has grey hair, thin hair, not much hair so underneath the dye and extensions and the spray tans and all that money can buy she is a lot like the average woman

11/11/23: No glitz, glamour or heavy make-up. I watched this movie twice, once for content and the next to study every movement and line delivery Jennifer made. Jennifer Lopez’s acting in this movie blew me away like no other she’s done because it’s nothing like her other movies which were cute, but she was on fire in this one who taught her daughter well about survival. If she wasn’t, I would have nominated her for some award ‘cause she was a tough woman who got down and dirty and didn’t hold back. I was happily surprised, cheered her on and LOVED it!!

And, she’s also a woman who seeks well-being by devoting time to sport and aesthetic care.
Taking care of her is essential in order to preserve her mental and physical health, because it allows her to know herself and to satisfy her deep needs.
And her needs are met with makeup, a nice hairstyle and wearing nice clothes, shoes and bags, which are due to her having a good taste in fashion. It’s her way and that of other people to reinforce their self-esteem and confidence.
She said in an interview with Marie Claire Magazine: "I want to normalize this need to take care of yourself…It's something fulfilling. If you can't take care of yourself, you definitely can't take care of someone else."
It’s accepted in medicine that taking care of yourself offers considerable benefits on the mind and the body and this whatever the age " 60s, 70s too".
