LA RAGAZZA CON LA PISTOLA by Laila Coslovi

La Ragazza con la Pistola è uno dei miei film preferiti in assoluto, mi sono ispirata tanto allo stile di Monica Vitti quand’ero più giovincella, era un modello per me. Questo brano è un esperimento che ho fatto nel 2009, quando mi divertivo ad esplorare il mondo dei synth. Ho inserito alcune battute del film e anche i primi 30 secondi di intro sono della colonna sonora originale. Appena inizia l’organetto parto io con il mio arrangiamento in stile beat, ho inserito anche il marranzano per esaltare l’ambientazione siciliana del film.

The Girl with a Gun is one of my favorite films ever, I was so inspired by Monica Vitti's style when I was younger, she was a role model for me. This track is an experiment I did in 2009, when I was having fun exploring the world of synths. I inserted some lines from the film and also the first 30 seconds of intro are from the original soundtrack. When the accordion starts It is my arrangement, in a beat style, very Sixties. I also inserted the marranzano to enhance the Sicilian setting of the film.
