I’m in the process of buying a car here, but it’s been a less than pleasant experience. There is no clarity about a lot of things for eg. What’s covered under the warranty and a lot of stalling of questions. It’s almost like they are not disclosing all facts. Also they seem to push for the sale ignoring other concerns put forth by the buyer. So far it’s been anything but hassle free. They don’t even offer options to negotiate the prices. So I am treading with caution for the time being and hopefully the end result will be as expected.

Absolutely gutted. At 835pm on 18Feb2022, they delivered me a car with terrible suspension conditions knocking sounds and shaking. Complete waste of time. Zero Customer Centric. Mr. Abhinav you should really re look into what you say compare to what your company actually is doing. Complete opposite. Zero customer centric, nothing like Amazon at all. How can you trust their 24 month warranty when on the 1st day of delivery they already cannot fix something that obvious? Now have to see how long and painful it will be to get my money refunded. Mr. Abhinav pls do the right thing.

I am one of the disappointed customers, within a month the battery was dead and when I wanted to book another car, I get the test drive and I even booked it with 1000/- aed but later the sales team say sorry that car is already sold, lpo sh** is raised etc. So unorganized I would say, all my high hopes went down the drain. Still awaiting my 1000/- to be refunded But no response yet. I hope you dont have more unhappy customers in the future.
Yes this is a fraud company and they should be reported there are more then 100,000 complaints against them in india and now in dubai they are coming to saudi arabia yesterday i had my interview with them and keeping it short they expect an employee who will say YES SIR and lie and cheat customers please be aware a big fraud company i will also take time to report them to the authorities
