First compound can show Optical isomerism although it have centre of symmetry because it has two chiral carbons 2²=4 optical isomers among which two are meso compounds and two are optically active isomers.
NB:If chiral carbon present OI
Second is a non planar allene(even double bonds) so we can have pos slicing the carbon in between
So it cant show OI
Both will show oi because in 1 st -2chiral centes are there and in 2nd therevis no POS and Cos
Pos is present
Yess Pos is present therefore 1 st will show optical isomerism as chiral centre present and 2 nd will not show isomerism as PoS present (since optically inactive)@@dragon5623

in a if you go with that imposable method then rotate it and see that they are not imposable to each other thus having optical activity,chiral centre as well as oi and in b cl are present at both in one carbon so it will not make it imposable thus making it non oi
