Luna Moth: flow dynamics

Casting organics can be tricky. Sometimes the elements that are most precious require some added thickness to make them stable for the investing and casting processes. The average thickness need for flow is ~ 1mm across the part (Luna Moth) in this cast the sprues were attached to the tails of the wing tips and the butt of the moth body for improved flow dynamics and ease of sprue removal.
