I love this style of video. I cracked up watching you read The Silent Patient. I’m an absolute hater, that plot twist had me rolling my eyes so hard I almost DNF’d but it was too close to the end 😂
So I wasn't the only one in this universe... 😢... Thank God.

I am a very slow reader, but I read The Housemaid in one sitting! It's been a long time since I've enjoyed a book that much and had to know what happens!

Started The Housemaid last night at 10pm and I’m almost finished as it’s 3pm and I’m a mom so I’ve been busy this morning. But there is LITERAL CRACK IN THE PAGES!!!! Soooooooo good! Very fast paced too and short chapters! Can’t wait to hear your thoughts on it 😁😁😁
The Silent Patient was the first thriller I've ever read and I was floored. Loved it!!

20:39 I started crying when you said you haven't gotten to the part yet where you find out what happened in the past. I read this book couple weeks back and it had me doing breathing exercises because I couldn't stop crying. I love this book.

With the silent patient, I can recognize a good plot twist premise while also not liking the way it was done or the story was set up. I gave it a 3.5/5 but can also understand why people like it so much

I almost DNF The Silent Patient.... I think just right book wrong time for me! Im still stuck in fantasy romance era so i shouldnt have gone there. Also, I hate love triangles too!! I will YEET a book across the room if i sense a love triangle

You should definitely read the maidens, by Alex Michaelides it is so good and has amazing plot twists like the silent patient 😊

I wanted to read the housemaid but one of my fav thriller booktubers did a reading vlog for it and it’s apparently a carbon copy of another book, so basically this author completely copied and pasted the plot(including the major twist) from another book.
