المصحف يعلو ولا يُعلى عليه.. ✍حكم وضع الكتب حتي و ان كانت كتب علم على المصحف(❓) أجمع أهل العلم على وجوب صيانة المصحف واحترامه ، وتحريم تعريضه للامتهان والابتذال ،ولا ريب أن احترام المصحف وتعظيمه من تعظيم شعائر الله ، وقد قال الله تعالى : ( ذَلِكَ وَمَنْ يُعَظِّمْ شَعَائِرَ اللَّهِ فَإِنَّهَا مِنْ تَقْوَى الْقُلُوبِ) الحج/ 32 . لا حرج في وضع مصحف فوق مصحف، قال ابن حجر الهيتمي رحمه الله :" يجوز وضع مصحف على مصحف " انتهى أما وضع كتاب - أو كتب - غير المصحف فوق المصحف ، فينهى عنه ، وأقل أحوال ذلك الكراهة . الفتاوى الحديثية:ص 164 قال الحكيم الترمذي رحمه الله :" ومن حرمته - يعني المصحف - إذا وضع أن لا يتركه منشورا ، وأن لا يضع فوقه شيئا من الكتب ، حتى يكون أبدا عاليا على سائر الكتب " . انتهى نوادر الأصول:3 /254 وقال البيهقي رحمه الله ، في جملة الآداب مع كتاب الله : " وَمِنْهَا : أَنْ لَا يُحْمَلَ عَلَى الْمُصْحَفِ كِتَابٌ آخَرُ ، وَلَا ثَوْبٌ ، وَلَا شَيْءٌ ؛ إِلَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ مُصْحَفَانِ ، فَيُوضَعَ أَحَدُهُمَا فَوْقَ الْآخَرِ : فَيَجُوزُ " انتهى (شعب الإيمان:3/329) الله اعلم
