Wow!! What a great job Chip. Usually you don't find the windshield in tact. When you are finished with each restoration, it makes me think of the original owner and how he/she felt when they first got the toy. You do these justice. I believe there is good karma going around for you. Thank you for sharing. I'd still like to see the merry-go-round restored.
Had the camper truck as a kid . Wanted Tonka Trucks so bad . Being a girl , my dad thought a camper would be best . So thank you dad , I still remember it , and saw it at the end of the video .
Sir Chip, I have to say watching your videos in restoration on these Tonka toys bring back so many memories so much fun playing with them and watching you take them apart clean them up paint them and put them all back together just amazing very very good work you do appreciate all the videos you make thank you for bringing back childhood memories
I do not know after looking at all your restoration what I like the most Your restoration or your cat. I know as a cat lover it is your cat LOL: It is a joy to follow your restoration work
The quality of these videos just get better and better! Thank you for the time and effort you put into these. The cat outro and sheep intro make your videos unique, and I really appreciate that.
It warms my heart to see you preserving these pieces of history. I wish I had some of my old childhood toys. I'd ask you or one of your kindred channels here on TH-cam to repair them.
Vintage toys I think stand the test of time. I think it's cool when they are brought back to life. Today's toys are so cheaply made compared to the old ones.
Yes the sheep are back so all's well! Suddenly had this weird vision of an alternative world where sheep drag broken humans off a pile and restore them. lol
I don't know what's going on here, but I felt so sorry for that poor truck, being in such a sorry state. I almost felt it's embarrassment being in such a weak and humble position. This is an amazing channel.
Another better than new restore! I may have watched too many of these though, I'm starting to see Tonka stickers appear then disappear then reappear again on the front of the dump truck. 🙃
Well, again as always. Just disassembly, washing, painting and nickel plating! And the Assembly. Everything, the whole video. Again, new white inserts on the wheels. This master has almost all the whole models, there is nothing to do there. For some reason, I don't expect more.
Thanks Top Cat! Her name is Beaker and she loves to inspect the cars and trucks, although she now requires payment for inspections.... Hard to find cheap help haha
Anyone else all excited about plastic interior, rubber bumper, and a working dump lever?! Little things, but added a whole new level of detail and play fun.
Each new video raises the question, are you going to open a toy museum or is it all for your home collection? Even if not, it would be a good idea, because your restorations are some of the best on TH-cam. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Hey brother just found this channel. Thank you so much for bringing me memories of this Tonka dump truck. As a child I actually tried riding it and imaging I would shrink down in size and drive the truck. Back then it was a big deal having this type of toy when my folks were poor and I hardly had any toys. Thumbs up 👍..
We had a hill right outside our house me and my friends rode our tonka dump trucks down that hill all the time some of my friends didn't have shoes on lol good times it was fast
I really enjoy the panning shot of all the rusty crusty vehicles awaiting their time till it is their turn for you to work your magic on them. Another great video!
Chip sir once again you’ve done a great job, which is always the case. Suggestion maybe? Am sure all your fans would agree, how about selecting 3 vehicles from your pile and let us choose which. Either way thank you and keep being great!
I had a blue one almost like this when I was a kid. It was still in good shape the last time I saw it when I was about twenty. It never broke after rough childhood use!
Много раз смотрел ваши видики. Блестящая работа. Не уставай. Желаю тебе всегда удачи. Миллионы лайки вам.
The Tonka's logo, appears and deappears...it's magic!! He, he. Good job.
That's what I thought too
Yeah. I was cringing as I watch him assemble it without the logo, thinking of how much disassembly and reassembly would be needed once he realized.
I always like watching these videos just before going to bed. It clears my mind.
I like to do that too!! I think it's the familiar sounds of train horns and cars going by that are so relaxing.
I can never get enough of the sand blasting and UV/peroxide yellowing treatment. So cool!
Wow!! What a great job Chip. Usually you don't find the windshield in tact. One of the reasons I enjoy your videos is I like Shaun the sheep and you dress up your sheep. Love the hardhat!
Lovely to see the sheep again

After a busy and very loooong day with my son time to relax with a new Chip Channel upload. 😇
Banged up your hand a little, I see ... take care ... You do wonderful work.
I love my pintonka tool. It’s my new best friend. My dog was my best friend but he’s terrible at riveting.
That's a beautiful and awesome truck.
Very nice work as always chip love that cat 😺 too tabby yes Lee
I know I am giving away my age but I love it when I see you restore toys that I had as a kid. Love seeing the process and the end results. Thanks!
Excellant job on the windshield. It looked like new after you finished. Beautiful restoration.
As usual, I am very impressed. You make the toys look like they just came from the factory.
Chip it is always a treat to watch you restore these trucks and cars. Youbvare very detail oriented and I always look forward to all your videos.
Another AWESOME job !!!!!!
Thank you for sharing your time with us !!!
I throughly enjoy your channel !!!!
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
They say you can't turn lead into gold.....But you can sure turn rust into gold....BTW I love the sand blaster....Thanks for the video....Be well.
I do not know after looking at all your restoration what I like the most
Your restoration or your cat. I know as a cat lover it is your cat LOL:

Потрясающее мастерство и не менее потрясающая коллекция!
Please do the truck with the carousel next!!🤩
The quality of these videos just get better and better! Thank you for the time and effort you put into these. The cat outro and sheep intro make your videos unique, and I really appreciate that.

Superb! Another triumph! I’ll bet Tonka were not convinced their models would last as long as or look so good with some TLC! Thank you!
That came out really nice! Great job!
Awesome! Looks like brand new. Well done (again).
Vintage toys I think stand the test of time. I think it's cool when they are brought back to life. Today's toys are so cheaply made compared to the old ones.
Maybe vintage toys were expensive and that's why they were high quality.
Всем здравствуйте!
Рада снова видеть прекрасное видео реставрации на канале! Как всегда всё замечательно «просто»! Молодец! 👍🌸🍁
You make these restorations look better than new it seems, almost "Concours" perfection if I may say. Nicely done, Mr. Chip.
Thank you soo much! And thanks for watching!
thanks for the lovely veggies you may want to empty the box the money is oer flowing
@@dorisbrinkerhoff8124 ok
That truck had to be outside in the grass for a long time. Thank you for making that look like new again.
You're so talented!
The Chip Chanel Congratulation the Fábio and Rafael from Brazil. The best restauration. Long life the Channel.
LOL! I started watching this, and the first thing I heard myself say was, "Oh, yeah! The sheep are back!" (The last video I watched didn't have any)
Yeah, I looked for the sheep as soon as the video started. Lol. 😄😄😄🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺
Gotta have the sheep
Me too
Yay!
Yes the sheep are back so all's well! Suddenly had this weird vision of an alternative world where sheep drag broken humans off a pile and restore them. lol
I had this truck when I was just a wee lad.
I Vote for the Merry Go Round to be the next to be restored. 🎠
A nice looking dump truck again and ready for action
Perfect job as always. It was too beautiful. Thank you Chip🐑
Nice Joe keep up the good work most of the time.
Hola Chip, tus videos son hermosos, gracias por tanta belleza. Un abrazo enorme desde Córdoba, Argentina 🇦🇷❤️

Good morning Chip. Another great video. Thanks 👍
Good morning! Thank you!
I love watching you fix all my old toys, so many good memories!
I'm soo glad you enjoy it as much as I do! Thanks for watching!
You should make a sheep compilation. They are so cute.
I don't know what's going on here, but I felt so sorry for that poor truck, being in such a sorry state. I almost felt it's embarrassment being in such a weak and humble position. This is an amazing channel.
I love watching your restorations. And Beaker and the flock are added bonuses 🐈🐑
Love the stacklot. Gaurd sheep just tooooooo. Cute
Can't beat the restos you do. Keep it up. Need to see more thanks for your work nice to enjoy them
Another better than new restore! I may have watched too many of these though, I'm starting to see Tonka stickers appear then disappear then reappear again on the front of the dump truck. 🙃
Me too, I saw the same thing 😅🤣👍🏼💙✌🏼
Vraiment très impressionné par la qualité des restaurations, bravo!
Didier

Beautiful restoration good job well done mister
Le pecore sono grandiose! I risultati del tuo lavoro dimostrano la tua abilità e la pazienza. Comlimenti.
Final cat's quality check is always necessary...
Don’t ever lose the cat! He’s the best!!
Thanks Top Cat! Her name is Beaker and she loves to inspect the cars and trucks, although she now requires payment for inspections.... Hard to find cheap help haha
Awesome restoration as usual. Glad to see the sheep back in action. LOL
Keep up the great work.
The mystery of the Tonka sticker: I am here, then I disappear, then here I am again 😂.
Long live the sheep, and this channel...
I saw that too... Must have sucked to have to disassemble the cab again to put the sticker on!
And the back wheels were also spaced further apart after final assembly.
Im glad im not the only one who noticed
Doesn't get any better than this. Thank you again for this wonderful dominical offering!
Thank you!
Brilliant as always, wish I had half your talent, really inspiring
Anyone else all excited about plastic interior, rubber bumper, and a working dump lever?! Little things, but added a whole new level of detail and play fun.
Outstanding restoration
U jednom delu kad sklapas stavljas nalepnicu TONKA u sledećem pri sklapanju nalepnice nema. U svakom slučaju bravo na video.
Well done!
I'm going to go out on a limb and say those white walls had seen better days.
Awesome restoration. Gotta love Beaker at the end. Beautiful 😺 💕😊💕😺💕
Смотрел вместе с дочерью
И весь фильм «пап, а это что? А что дядя делает? А у вас в детстве были такие игрушки?»
very nice work hard
Me encantan sus vídeos, hace muy buen trabajo. Saludos desde la Ciudad de México.
I love watching these video. I only wish I had the money for all the equipment to do the same. Well Done!
@@escapecar I do have the Front Loader from the 60's or 70's I have started on and I do agree it is fun!
Have you tried to resurrect Structo Toys?
Quite a fleet you're amassing there Chip! Great restoration job as always!
Best restoration yet. Dump truck looks like new! Great job.
Thanks for watching!
Imagine putting this whole thing together to only take it apart for a TONKA sticker lol. Great job as usual
That whole collection must be a prized possession, really well done and proper restorations you leave nothing imperfect
BETTER THAN NEW! Great job bringing the windshield back to life.
Precioso!! Felicitaciones

@@edwardcox2840 Nice story. Thanks for sharing.
You bet
I seldom broke my toys, I just plain wore them out, mom would get irritated with me , for using her 3in1 oil on my toys
By the time you get done the restoration it looks like you just bought it from the store great JOB
The cab of that truck is what the cab of my Tonka car hauler looked like, l got for Christmas '68!
I really enjoy the panning shot of all the rusty crusty vehicles awaiting their time till it is their turn for you to work your magic on them. Another great video!
Sandblasting: One of the most enjoyable things you should watch at least once in your lifetime
Chip sir once again you’ve done a great job, which is always the case. Suggestion maybe? Am sure all your fans would agree, how about selecting 3 vehicles from your pile and let us choose which. Either way thank you and keep being great!
Great job again. That series of Tonka trucks were pretty cool. My nephew had a bunch.
Amazing job as always
Another great restoration. And cat approved. What is his name.
The mistery on the "tonka" sticker in the front...
Fantastic job, Chip!
Danke für das Video . Greetings from Germany .... :-)
Hello from United States! Thanks for watching!
Wow my family has this in good condition in a blue and white model.
The sheep were asleep on the job it looked like. Another great job Chip.
Hard to get good help these days, they are all a little sheepish. Thanks for watching!
A1 restoration better then new I used to love playing with these trucks
You're the BEST, Man!
The sheep and Beaker are the best. All these Tonka toys remind me of building roads as a kid. Great times.
Nice Pro You are amazing at refurbishing old cars. Love you from the Arabian Gulf, State of Kuwait 🇰🇼❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
You do Amazing work and I so enjoy watching you transform beast into Beauty again. Thank you.
More amazing work. Pleasure to watch.
I had a blue one almost like this when I was a kid.
It was still in good shape the last time I saw it when I was about twenty. It never broke after rough childhood use!
I just picked up a blue garbage truck like this one a couple days ago! Thanks again for watching Chris Aka Razor!
