Zhan ge is like Zhan brother. In Chinese you call people slightly older than you Ge (male = brother) or Jie (female = sister). So Zhan comes from Xiao Zhan and Ge from addressing someone slightly older than you. And Xiao Zhan would call him Yibo or Bo Di (which means Bo little brother). Sounds weird in English, I know. Many Asian languages have this as well to address elders and younger people, etc.
