Are you using a tablespoon or a teaspoon of the seasonings? The printed recipe shows TSP (teaspoon) but in the video, you say using a tablespoon (Tbs) of each. Is this a typo?
Alisha Lewis you can either turn the steamer spout on the top (this release ALOT of steam *so please be careful*) or wait until food cools and top is free to open (this takes about 5 minutes)

jean609 oh no fresh are good too. If you use fresh I recommend browning them in a pan before adding the gravy
Can you still make it without onions?
Of course you can!
