1. working is a gift. say bismillah whenever you can - and mean it. work in the name of Allah. 2. remember Allah through-out the day. How will it make Allah feel? displease or approve? 3. keep your family relations. make effort to be apart of ur family. 4. have sabr, but action sabr. meaning do all ur work everyday asap, impatiently. but have sabr for the outcome.
The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “There is no envy but in two cases: a man whom Allah has given this Book and he stands to recite it by night and day, and a man whom Allah has given wealth and he spends it in charity by night and day.” [Sahih Bukhari 7259, Sahih Muslim 815]

I am sorry but that makes no sense. No one can ever do Allah's work. You cannot change your fate, Provide food for yourself and can't even take a single breath without Allah allowing you to. Just because a person works hard does not mean they are 'doing Allah's work' that statement has no logic behind it. Yes, You shouldn't work to the point you are neglecting the responsibilities you have towards your family or your health. But that is not an excuse to not work hard. Allah loves those who work hard and no one worked harder than the Prophet Muhammad pbuh and the other prophets.Think about working too hard when you actually reach the point of actually doing your best consistently. Your focus now should be striving towards a place where you meet your potential.when it comes to your statement about tawakkul, It is the opposite, You striving for something does not mean you do not have trust in Allah, it means you understand that tawakkul is when you put your trust in Him and do your best at the same time. Otherwise what you are doing is tawa'kul which is NOT the same. Whenever i did my absolute best and put my trust in my Lord He made miracles happen for me. Allah loves those who strive.
I like how you just start right away with the topic barak Allah feek brother
