Fellow subscribers: I have had the privilege to work with Ash as a consultant many years ago and highly recommend you listen to his wisdom. Brother, your video popped up out of nowhere and had to say hello. Many blessings on your path 🙏
Been a follower and evangelist of Ash's LBMC since it came out. I work with mature entrepreneurs and this session translates well into that business case "expansion" and "business that works with out you" mindset. Please keep expanding your vision.
Happy to see a new video. I found your channel and binged in the last week. I was sad to see you hadn't uploaded in a while. Very excited that you may be back at it.
As I am in student stage , small links are missing to start a startup , clearing the gap or attaching the links make more valuable . You are a valuable person, I am solving a big problem once the traction increase , I will try convince you to onboard in the company
I’ve been watching a couple of your other videos. My greatest challenge right now is finding a CTO. I am a marketer, the SaaS idea is in the area of my expertise and I know exactly the pain points of my clients and… there are a handful of tools out there that I could crush them. How do I tackle this? Is a CTO from another country a viable option? Should I go to events? I posted a ‘job’ description on Upwork just to talk with potential CTOs and each one of them came with a different technical solution. How the hell should I proceed? Feeling kinda stuck tbh 😢
Have you seen the latest one: Don't Start With an MVP (th-cam.com/video/VBr0TI67qwk/w-d-xo.html) I recommend using the demo-sell-build process outlined there to build a pipeline of early-access customers. Approaching a potential technical founder with an idea that has traction vs. just an idea is an entirely different conversation.
It’s refreshing to see a deeply insightful talk about startups that’s ego-free and intuitive. You’re remarkable at this stuff! Kudos!

@@AshMaurya selling of personally designed t-shirts, mugs etc based on leanfoundary themes and quotes just like the one you are wearing.
@@theideaenabler :) I see... No, we don't sell these but give them away with our products as swag
