Most of the people hardly trying to get money even by illegal activities. Even civil survents are also doing more corruption through the help of politicians. But normal people thinking for their own profits. Most of the people thinking Govt. Job is heaven. There is no challenge in youth to bring up society forward. Liquor cigarettes and drugs are easily available than education. Govt employees not working with passion. No accountability in leaders and govt. Sector people. No supervision in education and medical departments which bring our country growth and development. No encouragement for business and entrepreneurship. Only job job and always job. Poor and lower middle class people are suffering with low income by doing private jobs. People not educating in development process. Finally recommendation, reference influencing the youth. Formers are unable to cropping by govt policies of agriculture. Most of govt schemes faver to politicians and their followers. People has no zeal of nation.

I used to think the civils coaches know the topics they speak about well. this is a topic I know first hand and just realized that these coaches know little to nothing about what they give expert opinions on.
iit placements vary based on global economy especially since iits provide spill over coverage for high tech sector globally. tech is going through a sector recession in hiring in the US hence the spill over hiring that went to iits is not happening. years 2001 to 2004 had the same experience.
if this is any representative sample, one has to really doubt the so called expert opinions on topics these coaches offer.

A PhD scholar in IITs earn a meagre 37k per month for research where their parallels earn more than 70 k . This is an insult to the research ecosystem in India.. No wonder why we are lagging this much in research and development compared to premier institutes in the world.
A PhD scholar avg age in India is 27 years. At that age and ofcourse our societal compulsions on getting married at the young age i wonder how a research scholar focuss on his research with this meagre support to him/her and his /her family. Increase the stipend to atleast to 50 k and make selection criteria tough then cream of the country will get attracted to Research. Otherwise we will just be like this with importing technologies and products from abroad. A single innovation can create a lakh jobs like a bulb which led to billions of jobs. To make india a place of job providers rather than job seekers, research ecosystem should be strengthen in par with the developed countries
