Literally. I made this. It's the hurricane core as a non supercharged omnidirectional siren. The rest of the siren isnt built here, he only printed the core
This is incredible, good job!!! I see the rotor designs are very inspired by the ones on the Hurricane. What is the biggest you can print a siren rotor? At a later date when I get my printer going again I looking at making rotors either 9, 9.5 or 10"s wide by 6 or 7"s deep. Do you have any recommendations for printer settings for less grainy prints?
Just the motor without the rotors or stators? Or the whole unit? I might start selling them for $225 But I would need to make some major edits to the STL models to make them easier to mass manufacture
It's probably too small to make dampers for. Also since i made these literally as hurricane rotors, the motor cover would need to be changed to non vented. Because otherwise the rotors will suck air in through the motor cover. My screamer s1 basically is a mini superbanshee using the hurricane core, but as an omnidirectional vertical siren.
It's a certified hurricane

cane of the hurri
Yess, screamer s1. I made this siren

Yes this is my screamer s1 core! I made this!
Very nice!
For more high quality prints you want a thinner layer hight and good flow calibration
You Should Add Cones Make It Look Like A 3T22 But An ACA 3T22
That’s so cool
I should make more videos of this. I made this core. It's from my aca screamer s1.
I was looking for an FC, where did you get yours from?
I got mine from Goddard enterprises
IIRC they currently have some in stock
They are approximately $80 each
What 3d modeling software did you use to create the stators?
Are you going to sell those mini siren motors
Just the motor without the rotors or stators?
Or the whole unit?
I might start selling them for $225

Crée un Klaxon CS8 ?
This is built to resemble a GP8 but uses the mini ACA Hurricane MKll rotors
