- Today's video is the first ever long ride of my tvs xl 100. This actually the break in ride.
Our destination is the Mountain Provices of the North Luzon, coming from Manila.
With me are my friends. Meo on his Rusi 125 cafe racer custom built.
And Arco on his Motorstar Z200, custom built bobber.
This ride was before the pandemic and lockdowns. I was not able to publish this because I had an accident somewhere in Bontoc. I was not filming and my cameras are in the bag.
And they got wet. I slid on muddy pavement. The two cameras were ruined. I could not recover the files. But a friend of mine did some miracle and managed to recover at least 30 percent of the files.
Hence the reason, why the publishing of this video was very very late.

Hahaha I remember my travels with my Honda c70 street cub on up hill rides... literally a walking phase every time! But the joy and the million smiles it gives me every ride is priceless! The longest I did with my c70 was around 668kms in a single day... 🙂

Maganda pala yang tvs 100cc. Yan ang bibilhin ko apag uwi. Importante sa akin yung makarating ako sa pupuntahan ko. Hindi kailangan ang top speed sa akin dahil sa baguio at benguet ko lang gagamitin. Salamat sa video mo bosing nagkaroon na ako ng idea kung ano ang motor na bibilhin ko.

Ang sulit ng motor na yan.. plus ang dami mo pa maikakarga gamit lalo na pag nag long ride ka! Chil na chill ang ride hindi scam hehe literal na chill ride pag yan ang dala mo! Nakailang ulit na ako mag north loop and sagada loop kaso scam ride .. yan ang gusto kong ride chill lang haha!

Initial pickup of xl100 is not well but over all it performance well i have the new xl 100 heavy duty it is a fun driving this moped i will highly recommend it

How does the XL100 perform when traveling uphill? Can it keep up with normal traffic?

It can go 60kph max. But 50kph is its cruising speed. So it depends on the traffic on your location.
It can climb uphill, but not that fast. But it can.

Fuel consumption is around 58 to 59kms per liter

Did you make modifications to the machine? What do you think about this motorbike on hills or mountains, can the weight of around 80Kg be able to handle it?
No mods done on the engine.
Yes it can haul 80kgs.
If the hill is so inclined, it will have a hard time climbing it.

Matibay din naman. Pero hindi ito perpektong motor. Meron din masisira tulad ng mga cables, tornilyo, bulbs. Pero mga minor lang naman

Hindi po. Ang hirap lang hindi kalkulado kung mauubusan na ng gas. Tapos malalayo ang station.
Kaya nagbaon po ako ng fuel container. Back up gas po. Kaya walang aberya.
Okay lang ba Tvs 100 paakyat mga 30 kls paakyat dala mo ,sample from Manila to Isabela.ilang oras kya makarating ng cauayan city.
Akyatan kaya naman. Hindi ko po alam yung lugar mo sir.
Pero from manila to benguet kaya naman po akyatan

Nope. Changing sprockets to gain torque lessens your top end power.

Babad sa brake sir. Kasi mahina drum brakes at mabigat ako, pati ang load.
Ang technique is, wag mo hayaang magmomentum pababa. So chill lang all the way. Brake agad... Release pag 30-40... Brake pag 50kph na.
