That being said, I’d say that the actual story, with regards towards Pudding, doesn’t make the relationship as bad as it could have been. Sanji doesn’t do much that’s especially perverted nor does he end up having, as far as we’re shown, much feeling for her later on. Pudding herself could easily be mistaken for any adult woman in One Piece - which would say more about Oda than it does the audience - and likely wouldn’t promote any bad behaviour. TL;DR Liking minors or young girls is bad but Pudding is probably not going to promote that behaviour.
